I had been using the Cool Vanilla shade of Double Wear, but I wanted to try a brighter color, so I bought this.
However, it's a bit too pink-toned, making my face look flushed.
I'm mixing it with other shades, but I don't plan to repurchase this.

The formula is matte but not cakey, has good longevity, and provides good coverage even when applied thinly.
It also doesn't contain pore-clogging ingredients, which is great.
The color is a pink-beige shade.

If you mix this with the Simpsons colors, it'll be less red. For that, you'd need two Estée Lauder foundations. 🤔 + While I'm at it, I've tried all the shades of this foundation, and except for Shell, even the cool-toned ones end up being variations of the Simpsons family... yellow.

But the color... The feedback on the other Estée Lauder colors being too dull is well known, and I understand they've addressed that. But does anyone else feel like they've gone to the other extreme here? This is way too red! If the other colors were Simpsons family colors, this one is more like Apricot (or to be precise, Lovely Apricot... that baby-faced Apricot). No, I just want a human skin tone...

Well, this foundation has reigned as the epitome of good coverage and longevity for decades.
With proper application, it can provide a somewhat natural-looking coverage (;;). 
Anyway... the feel varies greatly depending on the amount used, which is probably why makeup artists always carry at least two of these (my brother is a makeup artist and he has two of these).

It's good to use a moisturizing skincare routine and base, soak the puff in water or use a mist. Setting it with powder will make it last longer.

First of all, it's expensive. And it can be difficult to apply it beautifully at first. If you're not careful, it can leave a lingering feeling on the surface. You really need to apply the base very moisturizing.

It applies thinly and has good staying power. It also has decent coverage, and even after wearing a mask from around 6 PM until lunchtime, my skin doesn't break down too much. Even if it does break down, it does so in a pretty way. And the color range is really diverse with lots of beautiful shades.

When I apply the foundation, my skin looks like it's burning. I think I need to mix it with another foundation to make it work.

It provides good coverage, has good longevity, and is great to apply in the summer.

Mixing it with a more hydrating foundation or prepping my skin with an extra-dewy skincare routine beforehand helps a lot.

It's too drying, so I have to mix it with another foundation. It settles into my skin and fine lines, and with my peach fuzz, it can sometimes look like I'm wearing a thick layer of makeup.

The coverage and longevity are truly top-notch. My skin stays flawless from morning till evening. Even without concealer, it covers small blemishes and breakouts, and it also controls redness to some extent. Plus, it's great for daily use in the summer, and it looks the best when applied over a well-prepped skincare routine.

Using the Miba BB cream and a pink-toned sunscreen with a white cast in a 1:1:1 ratio, I'm satisfied as it provides both moisture and coverage

Truly, there's none. I wish I could buy another shade!

While browsing the store, I came across a pink shade and tried it on the back of my hand. When I got home, I searched the internet extensively about it.
I agonized a lot over the color. There weren't many reviews, unfortunately. 
At first, I bought an ivory nude shade, but it gradually became more yellowish, making my face look more yellow than my neck.
So I bought a porcelain shade, and it was just right for my face. However, as I used it, it started to feel a bit cakey.
I then bought the cool vanilla shade again! I was hesitant about the yellowish tone, but it ended up looking really pretty.
So I bought the petal shade again!! I'm absolutely obsessed with this foundation. 
I was worried it might be too dark, but the color is so natural and beautiful.
It's so pink-toned and lovely~
Surprisingly, as time passed, it got even more luminous and beautiful.
It just makes my complexion look so radiant and fresh~

When testing it, check for darkening over time, and since there is no pumping mechanism, you should also purchase a pumping device together.

If the base skincare is not solid, there is a high chance of it caking. It often emphasizes flaky skin.

The coverage is really good, it has good adherence and is powdery.

1. In the winter, when the weather is dry and cold, applying a moisturizing cream before the foundation prevents it from clinging or moving.

2. Mixing it with my existing foundation can complement the color and longevity.

There are 3 bad ingredients, but it's still better than other foundations.

My skin tone is 23 and the petal shade matches my complexion naturally. I haven't been using Double Wear for a while because I dislike the yellow undertone. The recently launched petal shade is a lovely pink tone. And it lasts all day without getting oily or breaking down, which gives me peace of mind. Although it's matte, that's an advantage for my oily skin, and on days with heavy dust, I use the Double Wear foundation instead of a cushion.
