Pros
I have a combination skin type with a butterfly nose and many whiteheads and bumps on my chin. After using this product, the stubborn whiteheads I've been dealing with have significantly decreased. Additionally, my skin which used to feel rough and thick has become wonderfully soft. It's been incredibly difficult for me to find a staple product due to my highly sensitive skin (very weak skin barrier), but this product has worked amazingly well without causing any trouble.

The price is a total steal. - Packaging The glass dropper bottle makes it easy to use without getting my hands dirty. ★ Milia Management I researched the ingredients, reduced my skincare steps, and changed products. I'm only using the Whamisa Calendula Toner, Aromatica Aloe Gel, and this Squalane. After 2 weeks of use: The milia have significantly reduced. After 1 month of use: The breakouts around my mouth before my period have also disappeared. After 2 months of use: I recently moved to an extremely dry office (with a heater) and have been wearing a mask all day, but apart from the environmental changes, only a couple of milia and blemishes have appeared.

The toner and lotion I've been using have low oil content, so my skin has been feeling dry. But as soon as I started using this product, my skin became incredibly soft and smooth - it's a whole new world! And my skin's oil and moisture balance has improved, so my sebum production has actually decreased. At first, I thought the product might not be moisturizing enough since it spreads thinly and flows easily. But the moisturizing layer lasts a long time. I was looking for an oil that would just form a moisturizing layer without causing breakouts, so I looked into oils with a comedogenic rating of 0. I heard that natural oils can easily go rancid if not stored properly, and may cause allergic reactions, so I ended up getting squalane! It's affordable, has Ecocert and USDA certifications, so I trust the quality and have been using it with confidence.
Cons
This product is absolutely amazing for me, but based on the reviews, it seems like quite a few people don't find it suitable. Those with sensitive skin should definitely use this. I've tried everything that's said to be good for the skin barrier, but this is even more effective than panthenol and allantoin, which are known to be beneficial. I was told not to even apply sunscreen because my skin inflammation was so severe, but using this made a huge difference. Hardly any cystic acne comes up, and when I applied it to the areas where my atopic dermatitis flared up, it subsided. Hormonal (menstrual) troubles also hardly come up anymore.
Cons
First of all, the amount is small. It's for the face, but I use it on my body as well, so it's gone in less than a month. And despite being a water-based ampoule, it takes a bit of time to absorb. In the summer, it leaves a slightly sticky feeling.

I've been using The Ordinary products, and in the case of the squalane product, it's really useful to use not only on the facial skin, but also on areas that tend to get dry, like the hands or feet. It's better to use it at night rather than in the morning, and when applied as the last step in the basic routine, it creates a moisturizing barrier. I have combination skin and have avoided using oils, but the refreshing feel allows me to use it without worrying about breakouts.
Cons
Oils do have a unique heaviness to them. I tend to use them more on my body than on my face.
Tip
