Pros
I'm mixing it with a moisturizer! It absorbs really well and my skin feels firm and supple ㅠ I wonder why I didn't know about it sooner, and the price is so affordable too. Since I have very sensitive skin, using just anything makes my skin turn red and irritated, but this one doesn't have that problem and is great.
Cons
The expiration date is short, and using the oil alone makes my skin feel a bit slippery and floating. It's also quite runny, to the point of being inconvenient. The scent is unscented, but there's a musty smell to it, which is a bit... (´∀｀) Other than that, the effects are good.
Tip
When mixed with moisturizers/creams, it absorbs even better and is great! Applying the oil + moisturizer and then waking up gives your skin a honey-like glow~~

Pros
This oil was just perfect for me. I have natural oil allergy on my sensitive skin, so when I apply lavender oil or fragrant natural oils, my skin gets irritated. But I had no problem using up an entire bottle of this oil. The Physiogel lotion is great, but it felt slightly drying, so I just added a drop or two of squalane oil and mixed it together, and it was perfect for me. Of course, the amount may vary for each individual, but I think this is a gentle and skin-smoothing oil. And I think the affordable price is an advantage of all The Ordinary products. I haven't tried other products, so I can't compare. By the way, I'm someone who doesn't tolerate lavender, jojoba, rosehip, tea tree, peppermint, lemon, or citrus oils on my skin. I hope this helps those with similar skin types as mine.

I have combination skin. Two years ago, after using Simplissime's cosmetics, my skin developed acne for the first time, and I've been dealing with it ever since. My skin has transformed into one with acne, cysts, and folliculitis, and now only has folliculitis. I've been using a routine of toner, ampoule, soothing gel, and moisturizer, but decided to try a cosmetic diet and reduced it to just toner and soothing gel. However, the soothing gel felt like it was disappearing quickly, so after watching a YouTuber's video, I purchased squalane and rosehip oil, even though the cleansing oil didn't work for me. Since I have oily skin, I opted for hemisqualane instead of squalane, as it's said to be lighter. For the past 5 days, I've been applying a drop of hemisqualane morning and night, and my skin's moisture-oil balance feels right, and my skin has become more comfortable. The folliculitis has also visibly diminished, and I'm very satisfied! If you have similar skin and are looking for a moisturizer to use after the soothing gel, I recommend trying hemisqualane oil.
