Coverage and skin expression The coverage is really excellent. As it has a yellow-based cushion, it quickly helps to cover redness, which I liked. In addition, with its high coverage, it well conceals skin irregularities such as pores, making the skin look smooth. I think the coverage is the biggest advantage of this cushion, and this also has the good point of shortening the makeup time.^^* 2. Soothing ingredients Although I don't have severe acne-prone skin, I have been dealing with acne throughout the seasons and have very sensitive skin. But this cushion contains centella leaf water and madecassoside ingredients, so there was no irritation, and my skin felt even more soothed after cleansing. This can vary from individual to individual, but because of this, I've put aside the cushion I was using and will continue to use this cushion and repurchase it after finishing. 3. Finish There was no feeling of breakdown over time, and it was not matte or dry, but had a slightly powdery finish (semi-matte?), so it felt like the lasting power was long-lasting. It also applied with good adherence. I think this cushion can be recommended to those with oily skin.
Cons1. Shade As it is a cushion with a yellow-based, when I first saw it, I was a bit surprised that it seemed slightly darker than the 21 shade cushion I had been using. However, after applying it, it was not as dark as I had thought, and I am using it well. But since it is not as bright as the 21 shade, it may be a bit disappointing for those who prefer a brighter shade. 2. Since the cushion has high coverage, if you apply it without thinking, the makeup can build up thickly and look too heavy, so adjusting the amount is very important, which is a bit disappointing. Also, if you press the cushion firmly, the foundation gets absorbed a lot by the puff, so you have to apply it lightly, which is another slightly disappointing point.
TipTip for adjusting the amount: I don't like heavy skin coverage, so to avoid that, I carefully adjust the amount. If you think there is too much foundation on the puff after pressing the cushion, you can tap the cushion's puff lid a few times, and the foundation on the lid will come out, making it easy to adjust the amount!! Also, if you apply a generous amount at once to cover, the makeup can get extremely thick. So first, apply a very thin layer of skin expression, and then just dab the cushion on the areas you want more coverage. This can help address the downside of the cushion applying too thickly.

I then applied the cushion in a thin, single layer. What I liked: ✔️ It provides good coverage. It effectively concealed my acne scars and pores around my nose. Even my prominent acne scars were well covered, as long as they weren't too dark. The pores around my nose also appeared relatively smooth after application. However, I needed to apply it twice to achieve this effect. A single layer didn't provide a dramatic result. ✔️ The color is beautiful. I'm not a big fan of foundations with a pink undertone, but this 21st shade had almost no pink undertone. Even for someone with a slightly lighter skin tone, the color didn't appear too dark or unnatural. It should give a radiant look on typical 21st shade skin tones. ✔️ It doesn't get overly oily or cakey over time. I only applied a thin, single layer before going out. After about 5 hours, despite the winter weather, it didn't get excessively oily or cakey. Only the pre-existing dryness on my skin was slightly emphasized. There was also no patchiness or emphasizing of fine lines and wrinkles. ✔️ It's easy to control the amount. The product isn't soaked into the cushion. It's contained between the cushions, so when I press down, only that portion is used. This allowed me to pick up just the right amount by tapping it on the cushion lid before applying to my skin, without getting overwhelmed by too much product. ✔️ It doesn't cause breakouts. I have sensitive skin, and mineral sunscreen-containing foundations often cause me breakouts. But this cushion, despite containing mineral sunscreen, didn't lead to any clogged pores or acne after application. So far, so good, but I'll have to see how it performs with more long-term use. ✔️ It works well for touch-ups. I usually only do light foundation application to even out my skin tone. With this cushion, even after several hours, there weren't any particularly problematic areas. And the finish isn't overly matte, which is nice. This will be great for quick touch-ups when I'm in a hurry.
Cons✔️The coverage is good, but it applies a bit thickly. I tried to conceal my blemishes more aggressively, which resulted in a slightly thicker application. Even a small amount is sufficient for me to just even out my skin tone. ✔️The sponge applicator is a bit tricky. Due to the product texture, the sponge doesn't sit completely flat and tends to float a bit. Some product getting on the lid is unavoidable.
