The gentle pH and oil-free formula make it soothing and lightweight on the skin. Plus, it's incredibly budget-friendly! It tends to dry out quite quickly, so I'd recommend using it alongside a hydrating toner for best results. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 29, 2019
As someone with oily skin, I find this product works well for me, probably because of its slightly acidic formula. It seems to be a good match for skin that tends to be on the oilier side! I think this product is more suitable for winter use rather than summer. It seems to work better during the colder months. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 7, 2019
As someone with acne-prone and sensitive skin, I felt reassured using this low pH product. The price is wallet-friendly, so I don't feel guilty buying it often. What's more, my skin usually turns red after washing, but this has a cooling effect that quickly calms it down. I'm really impressed! The only downside is that the bottle is smaller compared to my toner, so I need to repurchase it more frequently. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied. Instead of rubbing it in, it's better to apply a generous amount and gently pat it into your skin to help it absorb well. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinJul 11, 2018
1. First off, it's incredibly affordable. 85ml for just 6000 won! While A'PIEU products are generally budget-friendly, this cream stands out with its excellent ingredients and low price point. 2. The tube packaging is hygienic, and the design is clean and attractive. 3. I used to use a rather expensive hydrating cream in summer, but since discovering this product, I've been using it as a replacement. 4. Being slightly acidic, it helps balance the skin's pH. This makes it gentle and non-irritating on the skin. I wish they'd offer a larger 100ml size as well. While it's perfect for summer use, it might not provide enough hydration in winter. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I tend to use products focused on hydration. If I don't let products absorb properly, my skin feels tight and my makeup doesn't sit well. Especially in summer, when I use mineral sunscreen, my skin can feel dry despite the heat. Currently (in summer), I apply a light toner in three layers, then aloe gel, followed by this slightly acidic cream. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable and adequately moisturized without any tightness. To prevent pilling and ensure good makeup application, it's important to pat each layer in thoroughly for proper absorption. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2018
I bought this after my dermatologist recommended a slightly acidic cleanser for acne-prone skin, and I'm so pleased with how gentle it is! My skin is super sensitive, and usually reacts immediately with itching or blemishes if the ingredients don't agree with it. But not with this one! I can use it confidently without worrying about irritation. It's not particularly hydrating on its own. However, since the ingredients are so skin-friendly, I layer it about three times. I've heard it's better to apply multiple layers of one good product rather than using many different ones. It's gentle enough to layer three times without concern, and then it becomes nicely hydrating! Don't hesitate to layer it!
