Why on earth is this being discontinued? It's such a shame! With its affordable price, dropping to around $3 during sales, I never felt guilty using it generously. The gentle ingredients were a huge plus too. I'm really sad to see such a satisfying product go. It had the perfect light texture for combination dehydrated skin, and even with my super sensitive skin, it never caused any blemishes! A-pieu, please bring it back! I loved it so much I used every last drop, so I don't even have a photo to share in this review. There's honestly nothing bad to say about it. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the cooling effect isn't as strong when your skin is really heated up. Apply it as part of your skincare routine before makeup, and your foundation will go on smoothly without pilling! - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 21, 2020
It's lightweight yet keeps skin soft all day. When layered with other products, it doesn't make skin texture feel weird. It has a medicinal or herbal scent, and the hydration level is slightly lacking. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 27, 2020
I haven't been using this for long, but I've already emptied two tubes - it's that good! I'll definitely keep repurchasing. As the name suggests, it's a truly fresh-feeling cream for combination to oily skin. Those looking for intense hydration might find it lacking, but for my combination dehydrated skin, it's perfect. The texture is incredibly clean and light, making it ideal for carefree application. It's especially great for summer when skin tends to get oily. It absorbs quickly with a thin consistency, and even with multiple layers, there's no pilling at all. It's also very gentle, making it a versatile, no-fuss product that's easy to incorporate into any routine. I highly recommend this to anyone who hates excess oil, stickiness, or heavy moisturizers. The price is also very reasonable, so I encourage everyone to give it a try for its excellent value. There are no downsides... Really, none at all. The only thing I wish for is that it came in a larger size. When mixed with a brightening moisturizer, it absorbs like a dream. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 22, 2019
•Feels hydrating without much oiliness •Absorbs quickly •Doesn't cause blemishes (ingredients seem gentle) •Lightweight •Affordable price •Applies smoothly •Too drying if applied only once (layering is essential) •Not recommended for combination dehydrated skin, despite being for oily/combination types •Too dry for winter use •Scent is a bit off-putting (but dissipates quickly) •Not recommended as a final skincare step Apply multiple layers for best results - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 20, 2019
✓ Easy to apply lightly ✓ No skin irritation ✓ Affordable price --------------------------------------- As someone with extremely sensitive skin that's both oily and dry, I'm usually terrified of choosing skincare products. Especially when it comes to creams, I've been really stressed because there are so few that suit my skin. But this product I found on the Hwahae app has absolutely no negative reaction on my skin at all! While other products might provide better hydration or have more features, I think for those with super sensitive skin, it's great to have something that doesn't cause any irritation. I didn't find any downsides... Well... hmm... Although this cream is for combination skin, I think it would work well for those with oily skin too. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 13, 2019
It's gentle and non-irritating for super sensitive skin. I'm just grateful it doesn't cause any irritation! I wish the hydration would last a bit longer. It's quite ironic! Since it lacks in moisture, you can compensate by applying a non-irritating toner that absorbs well beforehand. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 13, 2019
It's so lightweight that I can apply it in the morning before makeup instead of an emulsion, without making my skin overly greasy. Because it's so light, it doesn't provide much hydration. It's hard to call it a moisturizing cream - it feels more like an emulsion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2019
1. Incredible value for money! 2. Absorbs quickly, leaving skin feeling light 3. No adverse reactions The downside is that during winter or seasonal changes when it's dry, it's not enough on its own. You'll need to pair it with a hydrating cream or cica balm for adequate moisture, which can be a bit inconvenient. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 26, 2019
First off, it's affordable and doesn't contain any harmful ingredients whatsoever! Also, the product is so gentle that it didn't cause any blemishes at all. And to put it nicely, it feels lightweight on the skin. Even after applying three layers, massaging it in thoroughly, and going to sleep, my face still feels tight. A few hours after applying it and dozing off, I woke up with my skin feeling so dry that I had to wash my face and redo my skincare routine. It might have been better not to use it at all. Moreover, when applied, it feels like there's a film sitting on top of the skin, which is a bit uncomfortable. Due to the alcohol content, it seems to just sit on the surface and evaporate rather than being absorbed. If you quickly apply it in the morning and follow up with sunscreen right away, it doesn't feel as drying thanks to the sunscreen. If you're going to use it, it's probably best to only use it in the morning. Or better yet, it might be best not to buy it in the first place... I regret my purchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 1, 2019
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I wasn't sure which product would suit me best, so I bought this along with a moisturizer for normal to dry skin. The Fresh Cream for combination skin has low oil content and feels mostly hydrating. Right after application, it feels very moisturizing and light, absorbing quickly. There's no stickiness at all, making it great for layering other skincare products or applying makeup on top. It seems perfect for those with oily skin. With good ingredients, an affordable price, and generous quantity, this product offers great value for money. In my case, while it felt hydrating immediately after application, once fully absorbed, I quickly experienced deep dryness and a suffocating feeling as if a film was covering my skin. I originally intended to use it as a final cream, but due to insufficient moisturization and a finish I personally dislike, I now use it as an emulsion substitute. Unless you have very oily skin, this might not be enough as a final moisturizer.
