I only apply this to my T-zone! It's too drying for my cheeks, but when I use it on areas that produce more sebum, I feel like my makeup stays put better throughout the day. It's so drying that I can't apply it to other areas of my face. It's great for applying to oily areas before makeup. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 22, 2020
The gentle pH and oil-free formula make it soothing and lightweight on the skin. Plus, it's incredibly budget-friendly! It tends to dry out quite quickly, so I'd recommend using it alongside a hydrating toner for best results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 28, 2020
The price is incredibly affordable and the ingredients are great! It's slightly thick in consistency, but it absorbs well and applies smoothly. As others have mentioned, while it's gentle, it doesn't have any special features. I had some left from before, so I followed my usual routine but switched only the cream to this one. Unfortunately, it leaves my skin feeling very tight. I recommend layering it at least twice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 26, 2019
As someone struggling with allergic bumpy skin, I used this thinking 'if nothing bad happens, that's a win'. And guess what? Nothing weird popped up! That's a huge relief! It's quite drying. It's so drying and makes my skin feel tight that in winter, this alone isn't enough. I have super sensitive skin, so I skip toner and exfoliating products. After cleansing, I immediately apply this in two thin layers. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 20, 2019
Gentle and affordable! I bought both the combination and dry skin versions. The combination one feels more like a gel. It has a refreshing texture that feels slightly cool when applied. I'm using it as a hydrating moisturizer! Since I don't have combination skin, it felt dry when used alone. For me, applying the combination type first and then layering the dry skin version on top worked well. It feels cool when applied, but the hydration seems to evaporate quickly. That's why I use the dry skin cream and oil on top for extra moisture retention. The packaging for both the combination and dry skin versions is identical, but the finish is different! The dry skin version has a coating that makes it look shiny like oil, while the oily skin version has a matte finish. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2019
I used this well in summer, switched to something else, but my skin went crazy, so I came back to this. It was fine in summer, but I find it a bit drying in the current weather. So now I apply this once, then layer another cream on top. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 22, 2019
•Feels hydrating without much oiliness •Absorbs quickly •Doesn't cause blemishes (ingredients seem gentle) •Lightweight •Affordable price •Applies smoothly •Too drying if applied only once (layering is essential) •Not recommended for combination dehydrated skin, despite being for oily/combination types •Too dry for winter use •Scent is a bit off-putting (but dissipates quickly) •Not recommended as a final skincare step Apply multiple layers for best results - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 13, 2019
It's gentle and non-irritating for super sensitive skin. I'm just grateful it doesn't cause any irritation! I wish the hydration would last a bit longer. It's quite ironic! Since it lacks in moisture, you can compensate by applying a non-irritating toner that absorbs well beforehand. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinMay 19, 2019
It's really nice! While it's not the most hydrating, which is a bit disappointing, it's still great value for money. The lack of hydration is truly a letdown. Nevertheless, I still find it incredibly good. - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 26, 2019
First off, it's affordable and doesn't contain any harmful ingredients whatsoever! Also, the product is so gentle that it didn't cause any blemishes at all. And to put it nicely, it feels lightweight on the skin. Even after applying three layers, massaging it in thoroughly, and going to sleep, my face still feels tight. A few hours after applying it and dozing off, I woke up with my skin feeling so dry that I had to wash my face and redo my skincare routine. It might have been better not to use it at all. Moreover, when applied, it feels like there's a film sitting on top of the skin, which is a bit uncomfortable. Due to the alcohol content, it seems to just sit on the surface and evaporate rather than being absorbed. If you quickly apply it in the morning and follow up with sunscreen right away, it doesn't feel as drying thanks to the sunscreen. If you're going to use it, it's probably best to only use it in the morning. Or better yet, it might be best not to buy it in the first place... I regret my purchase.
