Pros
I've been using this budget-friendly toner for years, but after finding a cica cream from another brand that worked well for me, I decided to try ISOI's cica toner too. As expected, ISOI products don't cause blemishes. It's wonderfully hydrating.
Cons
It's a bit disappointing as an exfoliating toner. The texture is like thin milk. I'm using it as part of my 3-skin method. The scent is somewhat medicinal, which might be hard to get used to at first, but you stop noticing it after a while.

Pros
I have normal to combination skin. My previous toner was for oily skin, which made my skin increasingly dry. I couldn't take it anymore, so I bought this toner. It's really amazing! There's no irritation, and it seems to have a great soothing effect. My skin used to have redness from using other irritating toners, but after switching to this one, my complexion has evened out to its natural tone. The quantity is generous, and it's so effective when applied generously. I'm really impressed!
Cons
I don't have any issues with it, but if I had to nitpick, maybe the scent? It's not a fragrance you'd want to keep sniffing; it has a faint medicinal smell. I don't care about added fragrances, so it doesn't bother me, but those who are sensitive to scents might not like it.

Pros
I was already using a hyaluronic acid toner, but I wanted to try something new. While this one absorbs a bit slower than my hyaluronic acid toner, it's still relatively quick. What I really like is that it's not sticky at all and has a nice, balanced weight to it.
Cons
The scent might be polarizing for some. To me, it smelled a bit medicinal, like some kind of ointment.
Tip
I made sure to shake it well before use and even mixed it with my emulsion for application.

Pros
Unlike other toners, this one is moisturizing yet has a soft, powdery finish. Perhaps it's because the ingredients are gentle. After using a sheet mask, the redness subsides a lot the next day, and my makeup applies well.
Cons
The scent is like a medicinal or chemical-like fragrance. Sometimes, after just one application, I feel a slightly drying sensation.
Tip
Try the 3-step skincare! Or do a sheet mask!

Pros
It's moisturizing. One application is enough to make it sufficiently moisturized! And the skin type is to my liking..
Cons
It's inconvenient because the lid is hard to open and close I have oily skin and if I layer it more than twice, it becomes sticky and later oozes oil and has a slight medicinal smell :( Above all, I got milia and redness :( It doesn't suit me

Pros
I was lucky enough to receive this product in an event, and while I was a bit surprised by the smell when I first used it, I gradually got used to it. However, the lingering scent after application was a bit of a hassle, though the effects were good!! It seemed to help with skin texture and soothing. But I did experience some minor breakouts, which was a bit disappointing 😔 My skin is quite sensitive, but overall, I'd say it's a 👍👍 product.
Cons
The fragrance has an alcohol-like disinfectant smell, which can be a bit unpleasant at first, but I got used to it over time.

Pros
After using the Cica Youth Toner, my skin has definitely become brighter. I've been hearing a lot of compliments about my glowing skin lately, which makes me really happy. And it seems to have some kind of regenerative effect as well (this is just my personal opinion, but my skin texture seems to have improved).
Cons
It has a scent similar to Fucidin ointment. So at first, I was like, 'Huh? Is this an ointment?'ㅋㅋㅋㅋ And while the absorption is good, it's kind of hard to describe. Normally, when I cleanse my face and apply toner, my skin just instantly absorbs it with a 'whoosh!' feeling. But with this, I don't get that kind of instantly hydrated sensation. It looks like my skin has gained some moisture, but I don't really feel it directly on my skin, if that makes sense. My description might be a bit weird, but please try to understand what I mean.
Tip
I use this by soaking it into the tissue-type cotton pads from Olive Young. I usually don't use the tissue-type ones because they're too rough, but this seems to have some kind of regenerative effect. So I use the tissue-type pads to gently wipe around my chin and nose areas, and it's really helped reduce my oiliness and improved those areas a lot!

Pros
*This is a review written after winning an event.* •Effect This is my first time using an Isol product, but I got off to a great start! I had used the Witch's Factory fermented ampoule and it caused some trouble, but the next day after using this, the trouble had almost subsided. After cleansing, when I applied the Calendula spray + Gaji ampoule + Cica balm combination, the trouble wouldn't subside, but after adding the Isol toner, it immediately calmed down! •Texture and Usage It has a watery texture and the absorption speed is average, but it absorbs softly without any residue. It broke the prejudice that watery textures are sticky. •Ingredients Isol is well known for its great ingredients... Now I see that the panthenol ingredient seems to suit me well. The Etude Soonjeong line also worked incredibly well for me. I'm so excited to have found an ingredient that suits me so well!!!
Cons
•Scent It has the scent of the ointment that the dermatologist prescribes in the pinkish-yellow containers. ㅠㅠ Unfortunately, the scent also lingers for quite a while.ㅋㅋ I've gotten used to it now, but... it can't be fragrance-free, can it... •Packaging You have to dispense it by tapping it into your palm. I don't prefer this for hygiene reasons.

Pros
I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer and had the opportunity to use this product. The watery texture had a moisturizing finish. Even though I have dry skin, I think it would work well for me in the summer without any major issues!! The ingredients are also gentle, and my skin looks better the next day after using it as a face mask.
Cons
I was a bit put off by the woodglue-like scent. The small opening of the container required me to press down on it several times to get the product out. If you tend to use a lot of toner, this may be inconvenient for you.

Pros
This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. First, my skin is the type that almost always has blemishes and redness, but it's not particularly sensitive. So even when I received the toner, my face had a few blemishes. I have a combination skin type, and by the morning, after applying my basic skincare products, my skin gets a bit oily by the afternoon. The attached photos came out quite differently in brightness. Both were taken with a regular rear camera. The red in the before photo is blemishes, and the blotchy areas in the next photo are mostly acne scars. These photos were taken after letting the toner absorb for a few minutes. Texture: The texture seems to be somewhere between a watery toner and a cleansing toner. Before using this product, the toner I used was almost like water, so I only used it as a cleansing toner. Compared to that, this Cica Youth toner has a slightly thicker, runny texture. (But it still feels more like a cleansing toner than a regular toner.) It's like when you drop a drop of this toner, it slowly flows down, rather than immediately spreading out. Effects/Blemishes: In my case, I didn't notice any particular effects. As long as it doesn't cause any new blemishes, itchiness, or other issues, it's acceptable. And that was the case - no new problems arose, and it was fine to use. Since the volume is quite large, I was able to use it comfortably as a cleansing toner, applying it and then wiping it off. Hydration: (In my opinion) Since it's not a pure water toner, there is a lingering feeling on the face after absorbing it, but it's not completely moisturizing. It has more of a plump, bouncy texture. It doesn't dry out or evaporate immediately after application, which I liked. Since I'm not using very heavy essences, lotions, or creams, this level of plumpness was just right for the toner.
Cons
Most people who have used this toner said the cap was inconvenient, but I've been using the original cap without the extra one that Isoul sent separately, and it's been working well for me! The cap allows me to easily dispense just a drop or two onto my face. If I had to mention something I'm not completely satisfied with, it would be the scent. When I first used it, it had a very medicinal smell. Even now, the same scent is there, but I've gotten used to it, so it doesn't bother me as much. It's probably a personal preference, but I actually prefer the medicinal scent over a more fragrant, sweet one, as I feel it's better for my skin. However, I can see how others may not enjoy the scent as much.
