  Hydrating, almost no tingling sensation, feels moisturizing enough with just this toner

  Pros

  Since I have a sensitive skin type that can't use oil-based products, my skin would crack and hurt badly every winter. I already liked the Isol brand and the cica ingredients also worked well for me, so I decided to try this product. The conclusion is that it's the best for balancing moisture and soothing the skin. When I use other skincare products and my skin gets irritated, using this as a skin pack calms it down by the next day. It's truly the best, I'll probably use it for the rest of my life.

  Cons

  The only thing I'm curious about is why there are little hard granules in the toner. I don't understand why they are there.

  Tip

  I've tried using both my hands and cotton pads, and the cotton pads seem to absorb the product better into the skin. I highly recommend using cotton pads.
