Pros
The texture is pleasantly lightweight and absorbs immediately without any stickiness. You can really feel the hydration, making it perfect for dry days. It instantly replenishes moisture and helps improve skin texture. It's especially beneficial for dry or blemish-prone skin, and it's great at combating deep dryness. I found it worked wonderfully as a pre-makeup step.
Cons
For those needing more intense moisturization, you might want to consider mixing it with another product.
Tip
Try soaking a cotton pad generously and leaving it on your face for about 5 minutes. It quickly calms the skin and leaves it incredibly hydrated.

Pros
This essence-like toner has a moisturizing texture without any stickiness. It has great ingredients and is gentle on the skin. The price is affordable too! I love that it's mostly fragrance-free. Highly recommended for those with dry skin!
Cons
It's not great as an exfoliating toner, unfortunately. The packaging is a bit inconvenient, and you need to shake it before use.

Pros
Absorbs well and has no scent. It's not sticky at all.
Cons
The packaging looks outdated and it's inconvenient to have to shake before use.

Pros
This is my go-to daily toner that provides ample hydration without any stickiness. While I haven't noticed significant blemish-soothing effects, which is a bit disappointing, it's still great for use as a skin pack. Overall, I recommend it.
Cons
I wish the bottle was transparent. It's inconvenient to check how much product is left!

Pros
As someone who prefers thinner toners rather than cleansing types, I was delighted to intentionally purchase this watery formula! To be honest, I find cleansing toners a bit of a hassle. I apply this toner twice, and it absorbs well into my skin. I love that it's not sticky at all!
Cons
While there's nothing particularly disappointing, the scent isn't as pleasant as I'd hoped, which is a bit of a letdown.

Pros
This toner has a slightly rich feel. While not sticky, it strikes a nice balance between hydration and oil. When applied with a cotton pad as a mask, it keeps the skin moisturized all day and helps makeup adhere better. Using this made me realize how crucial a toner is, even more so than emulsions or creams.
Cons
I wish it came in a larger size. I used it with Silcot cotton pads, and it ran out quite quickly.

Pros
Every summer, I'd get tiny blemishes due to sweat and oil. While searching for lightweight products in the cica line, I discovered this cica youth toner. Not only is it budget-friendly, but it also introduced me to the wonderful iSOL company. Despite its viscosity, it's not sticky at all, making it perfect for summer use without feeling heavy! I'd recommend using it more in summer than winter. Instead of wiping it off with cotton pads, try patting it into your skin with your hands for better absorption!
Cons
While I was very satisfied with how it balanced the oil and moisture levels, I unfortunately experienced some blemishes, which is unusual for a toner. It seems this product might not be as gentle as expected. Keep that in mind!
Tip
Rather than using it as a toner, I applied a lighter toner first as a skin prep step, then used this cica toner more like an essence in my routine!

Pros
The formula is water-based but has a milky, opaque appearance. Although it's a toner, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry when applied! I loved how it doesn't feel sticky, yet gives the sensation of deeply hydrating the skin from within. I'll definitely repurchase this product.
Cons
There's nothing particularly bad to mention...! If I had to say something, maybe just that the opaque plastic container makes it hard to see how much product is left?

Pros
My aunt recommended this toner, saying Isol products are gentle and effective. Despite my sensitive, acne-prone skin, I now use all Isol products for my skincare routine - they're truly trustworthy! This toner is hydrating with excellent absorption, leaving skin moisturized without stickiness. The safe ingredients seem to work well with my combination-sensitive complexion. While it hasn't dramatically changed my blemishes, I feel it has a calming effect when applied, and my breakouts gradually fade when I use it before bed.
Cons
Personally, I'm so satisfied with this product that I can't find any downsides. Its hydrating formula without stickiness makes it suitable for all skin types, from dry to oily. I highly recommend giving this product a try!
