  Pros

  Gentle on the skin. It gives a soothing feeling. Light and mild, making it easy to apply. It also absorbs well into the skin.

  Cons

  Was I using it incorrectly? While I found it gentle, I didn't feel it was particularly hydrating. I bought the entire line as a set and have been using it since last winter, but it felt lacking in moisture. It's not that it made my skin feel tight, but it applied with a fresh finish. After applying sunscreen and foundation over it, my skin sometimes felt dry and my makeup would occasionally look patchy. I actually purchased it in winter, but it didn't seem sufficient for the cold weather, so I waited until spring to use it again when the weather warmed up. For reference, my skin type is dry in winter and combination with oiliness in summer. I don't have particularly sensitive or thin skin. Interestingly, I found that the Secret Essence worked better for me.
