Pros
The texture is neither too watery nor too thick, so it was easy to apply with a cotton pad. Using it as a morning pack by soaking the cotton pad also worked great - it left my skin feeling very moisturized and helped soothe any blemishes!
Cons
There wasn't really anything I disliked. If I had to nitpick, the scent was a bit like that of clothes freshly back from the dry cleaner.

My skin is sensitive (?) and irritated, so even though the ingredients are good, my face easily gets red or stings, making it very difficult to choose basic skincare products. Pros
At first, I bought this toner to use as the last step in my cleansing routine, but I found it to be much more moisturizing than I expected. As someone with slightly oily skin, this toner alone is sufficient to keep my skin hydrated. The packaging... When I first received the shipment, I was surprised to see the cosmetic product without any sealing. While I was concerned about the hygiene, I have been using it without any issues. Pros
I've had acne for several years. While the effects aren't dramatic, my acne has definitely decreased a lot. I still get acne, but it's much less than before. My skin used to be really problematic, but using this product has helped improve it. Now, I mainly just get smaller acne instead of the larger ones, and I'm using it well.
Cons
I didn't really find any bad points. If I had to point something out, it would be the difficulty in adjusting the amount. The opening is small, but when you press it, the liquid comes out, which is less convenient than the type that dispenses with a click.

Why don't you try using the Racllia product that comes with it? Using them together is recommended.
