From the first day, the usage experience was not great 😢 But since any product requires an adjustment period, I persevered and used it daily (morning and evening). I started noticing that my skin was becoming more sensitive over time. The cheek area was getting irritated and inflamed, and whenever I popped the pimples, it would become even more sensitive and not heal properly. I only changed the toner and kept using the rest of the products, thinking the toner must be the problem, and kept using it. But then when I went to a friend's place and used the products she was using, my irritated and sensitive skin calmed down the next morning..... I bought the cream along with cotton, but it doesn't suit me..

When buying creams, be careful when purchasing them together My cheeks kept breaking out in pimples, but as soon as I stopped using this, they went down right away And I bought it because it was said to be gentle.. but my lips especially felt extremely irritated ㅠㅠ It didn't suit me..

Pros
My skin is sensitive (?) and irritated, so even though the ingredients are good, my face easily gets red or stings, making it very difficult to choose basic skincare products. So after searching the internet and Instagram a lot, I found that this product is said to be good for sensitive skin with redness, and the reviews were also good, so I used it for about 1-2 months. The first good thing was that I could buy it cheaply online, and the ingredients were good. Normally, after wiping my face with toners, my skin feels dry even after applying more toner, but this product seemed to be quite moisturizing. The fact that it is non-alcoholic is the only thing I'm sure about.

The high content of witch hazel extract could be considered a positive for some, but it didn't work well for me. The stinging sensation I felt right after applying it was the biggest issue I couldn't get used to. Even though I kept using it consistently thinking I'd get used to it, my face just kept getting red and more sensitive. I've been fine with other skincare products, but ever since I switched to using this toner, my face has become dry, bumpy, and red. I tried to finish the whole bottle, but it just wasn't working for me. It seems like products with a high content of witch hazel extract are not a good match for my skin.
