  Pros

  When I use Double Wear foundation alone, my face feels like it might crack from dryness. But when I pair it with this primer, the dryness is noticeably reduced.

  Cons

  However, whenever I apply makeup, I get blemishes. Since I didn't have any issues when I used Double Wear foundation alone before, I suspect it's because of the primer. Sadly, I can't use it anymore due to the skin troubles it causes.

  Pros

  I received this as a gratis with my Double Wear purchase, and it's quite moisturizing, so it seems to pair well with Double Wear.

  Cons

  Perhaps due to the ingredients, it caused a massive breakout of blemishes, so I can't use it and have to throw it away.

  Tip

  If you have super sensitive skin, I recommend doing a patch test first.

  The lightweight, silky texture applies smoothly and gives a natural peachy glow that beautifully evens skin tone. It seems useful for protecting the skin from UV rays too.

  Cons

  This product is really great, but my skin is super sensitive, so I got some blemishes after using it once.

  Apply it all over your face as the first step of base makeup after your skincare routine.

  Pros

  This primer doubles as sunscreen, eliminating the need for a separate SPF product. Its dimethicone component acts as a primer, smoothing the skin's surface without stickiness or shine. The tinted formula provides a natural, matte finish on its own. I think they've done an excellent job with this product.

  Cons

  Skin type: I have thin skin prone to redness. All types of oils are incompatible with my skin. That's why it's even more disappointing. Such a great product, and I can't use it! Like most primers, this contains dimethicone, which doesn't agree with my skin. It's so frustrating. Within hours of application, my skin became itchy and blemishes appeared. Whether it's silicone oils like dimethicone, synthetic oils, or natural oils, my skin reacts poorly to all of them. Oils can be fantastic ingredients, providing deep hydration and nourishment at a low cost if they suit your skin. It's truly a shame. I once asked a dermatologist why oils don't work for me, and they said it's because I have small pores. However, the pores in my T-zone aren't particularly small. I suspect the doctor might have been referring to the original, invisible pore size before they become enlarged due to blemishes.

  Tip

  Those whose skin tolerates it can use it, while those like me who can't tolerate it should avoid it. Let's just stick to sunscreen and dab on some cushion foundation. The more we seek perfect makeup using foundation or silicone oils, the more our natural skin deteriorates.
