It applies beautifully, adhering to the skin with a plump finish. Since I don't typically have many blemishes, I can enjoy using this with Chanel's signature scent. If it weren't for the price, it would be my daily go-to!
ConsThe high price point, coupled with its low coverage and longevity, can be disappointing. It's important to remember that this isn't a foundation, but a tinted moisturizer, so don't expect high coverage or long-lasting wear.
TipI recommend mixing it with your regular hydrating cushion foundation. The application and adherence to the skin are truly excellent.

However, when I apply it with Bobby Balm, it tends to pill on drier areas. So I've been patting it on gently and only rubbing it in on areas where I'm concerned about pores.
ConsThe downside is that it fades by the afternoon. But it's still different from having a bare face in the evening. I have oily skin, so I blot with tissue and don't touch up, yet it doesn't turn into that dull, bare-faced look. It's lightweight and looks natural, which is great!

This is what I got: 1. It creates a moisturized and natural-looking complexion! 2. It didn't cause any blemishes. 3. The consistency is thin, so it applies smoothly even when you use your fingers.
ConsWhile I love how the Laneige cushion makes my skin look beautiful even when used alone, it's quite pricey with very little product. So I bought this as an alternative. However, it doesn't give that luxurious, dewy finish like the cushion does.
TipI'm just using it as a sunscreen base under my cushion or for quick outings when I want something light.

Cons* Doesn't adhere well to the skin (feels like it's sitting on top) * The Light shade matches my #22 skin tone, so it might be a bit dark for those with fairer complexions * Somewhat lacking in coverage
TipIt works really well when applied together with the Le Beige cushion

I was hesitant due to its small size (about half a palm) and not-so-friendly price, but I decided to try it as I wanted to switch from my matte makeup base. The texture feels like a light foundation mixed with whipped cream - it's incredibly smooth! It applies moisturizing and soft without any pilling, making it perfect for dry seasons. A little goes a long way, so you can easily apply it with your fingers. What I love most is its natural brightening effect and glow. While some may disagree, I'm not a fan of bases that give an artificial blue, green, or white tone-up. This product has a light foundation color, giving a natural complexion enhancement and Inner Glow even when used alone. It's so good I want to keep using it as my go-to base. When I use this as a base under my cushion, the staying power is impressive. With a light powder touch-up around 3-4 PM, it lasts all day. As a 40-year-old with dry skin, I'd say it maintains about 70% of its effect, with slight darkening (blame it on my age, haha). Still, it's easily in my top 3 bases I've ever used - I'm very satisfied!
ConsThe price is the main drawback... You could buy two decent bases for this cost, not to mention the disappointing volume and basic plastic packaging. Both Les Beiges foundation and base have a clean look, but the containers feel more like department store testers.
TipSince it's a hydrating base, I find it works better to wait a bit after application before applying the cushion foundation.

It feels incredibly natural, like my own skin.
ConsThe coverage is so natural it's like my own skin, but unfortunately it breaks down significantly over time. While my skin tone almost reverts to its original state, my skin itself still looks dewy and attractive.
TipFor a truly natural look that mimics your own skin, try mixing it with a lighter foundation or touch up periodically with a powder compact.

It absorbs well and has a pleasant scent.
ConsDay 1: In the morning, my skin looked incredibly beautiful and radiant. By afternoon, darkening occurred, making me feel like I was exposing my bare skin. Day 2: Small blemishes appeared on my chin, red and inflamed. I applied it anyway and used MAC pressed powder on my forehead and nose bridge to prevent oiliness and makeup breakdown. It lasted a bit longer. Day 3: The inflammatory acne on my chin grew to the size of a ping pong ball. It was painfully red but didn't come to a head. I still applied the product. Day 4: The chin acne slightly pustulated, so I popped it. Another small inflammatory spot appeared on the right side of my nose bridge. With just two spots, I continued using the product. Day 5: Three inflammatory blemishes appeared above my right eyebrow. Inflammatory acne is terribly large and painful. As someone who usually only gets tiny bumps, this pain and difficulty in extracting was new to me. I applied it once more. Day 6: I extracted the chin acne and applied a spot patch. The nose inflammation had grown significantly. When I extracted it in the morning, it left a mark like Han Ga-in's beauty spot. Suddenly, my entire forehead erupted with huge inflammatory acne, making me look awful. I finally went to the doctor. Extracting all of them... wow... there were so many and they were so large. My forehead was devastated. There were too many to cover with spot patches, so I bought a spot cica cream and slathered it on my forehead before bed. Up to day 4, makeup couldn't cover it. From day 5, it started to look a bit better. I kept applying cica cream before bed, and as the bruising faded, it became more manageable. I will never use this product again.
TipChanel is known for not offering refunds even for department store purchases. When buying, I asked the clerk if refunds were possible for skin reactions, as I have sensitive skin. They assured me it was. However, when I tried to get a refund, they said exchanges were possible, but refunds required a medical certificate through their head office. They wouldn't accept mail delivery; I had to bring the documents in person. Given the travel costs and inconvenience, it wasn't worth it. Scared to use it on my skin, I exchanged it for two color cosmetics, paying over 20,000 won extra. The best tip is to never use their products again. The photos show my forehead with makeup and currently after cleansing, bare-faced.

I prefer a subtle 'your skin but better' look with light coverage. It applies incredibly lightweight, offers moderate coverage, and leaves skin feeling comfortably moisturized without hair sticking to it. The finish is soft and silky, not dry or cakey at all! I'm really understanding why they say to invest in a good base... When I met a friend after testing it, she was amazed at how gorgeous my skin looked. I have fair skin, so I tried the lightest shade and I'm very satisfied. I've been searching for a replacement since my Espoir Hydrating Foundation was discontinued, and I think I've found it. This is the ultimate product for those blessed with good skin. The store claimed it lasts 4 hours, but for me (I don't get oily, but I do sweat a lot), it's still flawless after 3 hours even in this scorching weather!
ConsThe price is truly wicked, making me hesitate to buy it. The amount you get is really small too. Also, when testing foundations, they usually apply it on clean skin with just a thin layer of toner, emulsion, and moisturizer. This creates a beautiful skin finish with foundation and cushion. However, if you're like me and apply sunscreen generously before foundation, you'll need to consider how it interacts with your sunscreen. The way the foundation sits on your skin can vary depending on the texture and how moisturizing or drying your sunscreen is.
TipUsing the foundation and cushion together creates an unbeatable skin finish. It truly makes your skin look beautiful, like luminous porcelain. For the best results, they say to apply a thin layer with a foundation brush, then pat it in with a puff.

Even after 10 hours, there's no breakdown, and it makes my skin look so hydrated and flawless! You know that 'no-makeup makeup' look? That's exactly what this gives you... It applies so lightly, it's unbelievable! And true to Chanel, the fragrance is absolutely divine!
ConsThe ingredients list is a bit disappointing.. The quantity for the price is also on the lower side....... Oh, and it doesn't completely stop oil production. I guess that's something unavoidable no matter what you use....?
TipWhen I removed excess oil the night before and applied this the next day, even my oily skin stayed under control. It was absolutely amazing!
