Wow... I've been using this cream as my holy grail product, using it extensively even before trying the Cicapair line. I've used over 20 large-sized containers of it, I think. I thought I had combination skin (but I don't really know much about skincare;;). Is it that I have oily-less combination skin...or is it normal-to-dry skin? I actually feel a lot of dryness, especially in the summer. I sweat a lot, and all my sweat seems to start from my face. So regular creams just get washed away by my facial sweat, leaving my skin constantly dry. That's why when I first discovered the Cicapair Vitamin Cream, I was amazed that the protective barrier it forms allows the moisture to stay even when I sweat. I never had any trouble with breakouts either. It has a nice, dewy effect after application, and it also works great as a cream mask. It's really been my holy grail product at an affordable price. I didn't realize it, but this cream has castor oil, which seems to work amazingly well for me!!! I've even seen a reduction in my scars. That's probably why this cream just fits my skin so perfectly.

After buying the Avène cream, I only used Avène because the texture felt better, even though the formulas were similar. Back then, I didn't know the ingredients, and I just chose the product that spread more smoothly as a thicker cream. But it does have some not-so-great ingredients, I suppose^^;; Still, since it worked so well for me even when my skin was sensitive, without causing any trouble, I have to acknowledge it as my (former) holy grail cream. I'm still planning to continue using it.
