It has a soothing effect and the artificial rose scent is not overpowering, so it doesn't irritate the nose and it makes me feel good. It's a bit like a runny nose type, so it's not drying, so I used it as a cleansing balm. It's also good for doing face packs, and I've found that if I use it as a cleansing balm for a few days when I have some bumps on my face, they go away. I've been using this since my early 20s and I highly recommend it!

I've tried all sorts of things to get the toner to set, and this is what I ended up sticking with! My skin is really sensitive, so I was worried the product might not be great or the ingredients might not be good, but it's gentle and calming, and I've been using it really well.☺️ I think I've used up about 6 bottles so far.
Cons
If you don't like fragranced products, you'll need to be careful with this one. But I was very satisfied with it!

I've been using only large-capacity chamomile until now, but after trying the rose toner as a sample, I was so impressed by its soothing effect that I immediately ordered 2 more. The rose scent is lovely, and there's no stickiness - it just absorbs right in. My irritated, reddened skin calmed down after applying it. It's a great product...
