Pros
It seems I've used 3-4 bottles of this product, and my skin has improved tremendously. Rather than saying I used this product, I would say that after using it, I experienced a decent amount of moisture and hydration, so I used it without any issues. They provided a refill container instead of a plastic pack, which I thought was environmentally friendly.
Cons
As the name suggests, the product has a rose scent, which I personally found acceptable, but I'm sure there will be some who dislike it (those who don't like artificial rose fragrances).

I used it to apply 7 layers of skin, and there were no issues even after applying it 7 times.
Cons
It's a matter of personal preference, but the scent is a bit unpleasant. I understand they added rose scent, calling it 'rose water', but it has an old-fashioned cosmetic smell mixed with a faint pungent aroma.

It's not sticky and feels lightweight. It's great for applying multiple layers, and also good for using as a face pack. Especially when applying multiple layers, it doesn't feel like it's sitting on top of the skin, but rather becomes nicely absorbed.
Cons
I didn't have any complaints, but a friend I recommended it to said the rose scent was too strong. Personally, I liked the scent, but it may not be suitable for those sensitive to fragrances.

I found that applying 7 layers of skin care was good. I found that applying it multiple times was better than just applying it once.
Cons
I know it's rose water, but personally I'm not a big fan of the rose scent.
