Pros
The Rose Water Toner is one of the toners I've been using for a while now. So far, I haven't experienced any hives or breakouts from using it. It has a watery consistency but feels slightly moisturizing, so I think it has good hydrating properties. Continuous use has also helped alleviate any dryness! And I really enjoyed the pleasant fragrance when applying it.
Cons
I didn't really have any major issues, but I would recommend being careful as it can be easy to spill.
Tip
With its strong moisturizing properties and ability to refine skin texture, I think it would make a great toner for removing makeup as well.

This is great for light daily use. Isn't it amazing? It's more versatile and comfortable to use, so I keep reaching for this toner~ It provides moderate hydration, and the scent is truly a lovely rose. And I have oily skin, but I didn't experience any breakouts.

My skin type is close to oily combination. I occasionally get blemishes, and my sebum production is quite active. A friend recommended it, and it was on sale for 1+1 at Olive Young, so I just bought it for the good value and tried it out. I only used it as a toner. Other than the nice rose scent, there wasn't anything particularly special about it. It just seemed like a decent, good value toner. I didn't have any issues with breakouts while using it.

I used the ㅌㄴㅁㄹ Moisturizing Toner and decided to try a different toner for the summer. This is the product I purchased. It's a water-based toner and it was very moisturizing for me. When I applied it, it felt so hydrating... This product can be used as a cleansing toner or as a light makeup remover with a cleansing water. It didn't cause any breakouts on my skin. The scent is like a rose fragrance, but it's a bit like a bathhouse rose scent... Anyway, I liked it, but it might be divisive for some.
