Pros
I'm pregnant and was using a shampoo bar, but it was just too stiff, so I'm looking for a gentle shampoo and found this one! The lather is great, it rinses off nicely, and the scent is not too overpowering - I really like it :) The scalp irritation I had from using the shampoo bar has completely gone away.
Cons

The foam lathers up very well, so it was great that I could use the foam to massage every nook and cranny. I think there was a slight cooling effect, though I'm not sure if it's due to the ingredients. When I used a shampoo that didn't suit me, I would often wake up with an itchy scalp in the morning, but now it doesn't itch at all anymore~

It feels refreshing and helps remove scalp flakes, so it's good to use in the summer.

I have severe seborrheic dermatitis, so I used other mildly acidic shampoos, but I switched to this shampoo once to deal with the persistent scalp troubles and itchiness. While the amount of shampoo that comes out with one pump is a bit much, it's actually good for me since I have long hair. The lather is also incredibly rich and voluminous. My scalp has calmed down a lot, and the fragrance, while barely noticeable once my hair dries, seems to be free of added fragrances, which I really like!
