Pros
Skin type: Combination dehydrated + blemish-prone Texture: It applies like an essence! Absorbs well, leaving skin feeling fresh and matte. Effects: This product seems designed for blemish-prone skin, and I personally highly recommend it. There's been a noticeable reduction in new blemishes since I started using it. It's especially effective in summer when skin temperature rises and sebum production increases - it's great for oil control.
Cons
Those with dry skin might find it too drying. I wouldn't recommend using it alone. It's best to pair it with a hydrating product.

Pros
The sebum control ability is excellent! I used it as a spot treatment, dabbing it precisely on my acne-prone areas
Cons
After rubbing it on blemish areas, those spots might feel slightly dry

Pros
<For oily/acne-prone/sensitive skin> I asked about a cream for fading acne marks at a French pharmacy, and they recommended this product. Texture: It's incredibly lightweight, and a small amount is enough to cover the entire face. Effects: It helps improve the appearance of acne scars. While the cream alone can't completely eliminate marks, it works well when used alongside acne scar ointments. It aids in controlling sebum production and balancing oil and moisture. I've tried countless creams to get rid of blemishes, but I've found that for oily skin, it's crucial to minimize the number of products used and apply them lightly. Especially when combined with a cleanser suitable for acne-prone/oily skin, the results were even better! (I'll add some tips below)
Cons
The price, haha. However, the effects were worth it, and considering the results, the price of around $30 seems like a worthwhile investment.
Tip
Use cleansing milk for makeup removal (alternate between cleansing gel and milk in the morning) - Exfoliate once a week (twice a week in summer) - Press toner into skin with a pad (don't rub) - Apply a thin layer of La Roche-Posay cream all over face - If skin feels dry, use a richer cream only on dry areas

Pros
I've struggled with blemishes for a long time, but this cream has been a game-changer for me. It's the only one that doesn't leave my skin feeling rich or greasy. This cream works hard to smooth out the skin and control excess oil!
Cons
It doesn't completely eliminate the possibility of new blemishes appearing. Be careful not to use it around the eyes! It can make your skin feel quite dry.
Tip
I'm also using the facial cleanser from the same brand!

Pros
There's a noticeable reduction in sebum production. From the third day onwards, my face doesn't feel oily at all.
Cons
Its strength has become its weakness. My skin feels excessively tight.
Tip
Applying a very thin layer of balm or cream on top helps alleviate the tightness somewhat.

Pros
As someone who always had oily skin in summer, I could clearly see how this product regulated sebum production. It wasn't too harsh on my skin, which made me love it even more!
Cons
I didn't notice any significant effect on my small blemishes. Also, I've heard that it might be a bit irritating for those with super sensitive skin. It's worth noting that it's not unscented, so those sensitive to fragrances should keep that in mind!

It effectively tackles dead skin cells and excess sebum. I've repurchased it more than 5 times and always keep it stocked.
Cons
The quantity is a bit disappointing for the price. If you apply too much, it can sometimes pill on the skin.

Pros
Effective for acne caused by excess oil. Recommended for oily skin types. This essence was my go-to during teenage years when my face was excessively oily. It has a clean finish and absorbs well. Effective for sebum control.
Cons
According to YouTubers, prolonged use of this product may lead to skin dryness as a side effect. Not recommended for dry skin. I experienced strong irritation when I developed seborrheic dermatitis.

Pros
At first, it's great as it reduces sebum production. It even seems to have helped with my small blemishes.
Cons
The area under my nose and chin feels like it's burning... I didn't know I had sensitive skin until I used this product. Everything else I've applied has been fine, but this one gives a burning sensation. I thought it was just because of the dry winter air, but it turns out it's because of this product... Unfortunately, it's not suitable for me. I might just use it on my forehead.
Tip
You'll probably need to finish with a really thick, soothing balm-type cream. It tends to make the skin very dry and has an irritating feeling.

I started using this after my dermatologist recommended it. It's gentle, non-irritating, and seems to help control sebum production, which I really appreciate.
Cons
Even with consistent use, I'm still getting blemishes. I wonder if I'm lacking in other aspects of my skincare routine...
