Pros

Pros
It was very comfortable to apply at first, and there was no stickiness. Even after applying makeup, it was fine, and I couldn't feel the skin tone changing much, which I liked. The lasting power was also good, so I really recommend it!!

No white cast. - If you're looking for a sunstick without white cast, this product seems to be a really good one! There's no white cast at all. 2. Fragrance is mild. - If you're not very sensitive to fragrance, you may feel it's almost fragrance-free as the fragrance is not strong. It has a subtle scent, and the fragrance is really nice. 3. Easy to control the amount and apply. - I actually have a hard time controlling the amount of sunscreen... So whenever I applied it, the makeup would just float on my skin. But with this product, if you apply it as instructed, the right amount gets evenly distributed, which was great! Also, you don't have to squeeze it out and dab it on your face - you can just swipe it on, which was very convenient! 4. The ingredients are good. - This was my biggest concern, but the ingredients are quite good! Pros
This is a review from the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The best thing about it is that there is no irritation felt. As I've been living my life around my child, I often find myself unable to even properly cleanse my face, let alone do a basic skincare routine, whenever I need to go out for a bit. However, I still need sun protection, so I just apply it directly on my bare face. Even though it's a mineral sunscreen, some of them feel drying or slightly itchy and irritating on my face. But this one is comfortable even when applied directly on the bare skin, including the eye area. So I feel okay about applying it on my kids as well. Another good thing is that it doesn't have an artificial fragrance. When you bring it close to your nose, you can barely detect a hint of an aromatic oil-like scent. It also doesn't leave much of a shiny finish. The first sunsticks that came out looked like an oily balm, and would leave a dewy, almost greasy look on the face, which could feel burdensome even in the middle of winter. But this one doesn't show any signs of that at all - no white cast whatsoever. Powder-type sunsticks require some patting with the fingers to avoid visible streaks, which kind of diminishes the main benefit of using a sunstick. But this one doesn't get shiny like a powder product, while also not leaving any visible residue like an oily balm.

As for the stickiness, while many other reviews mentioned that it's not sticky at all, in my opinion, it does feel a bit sticky for me, especially in the summer. I have a combination skin type - oily T-zone and slightly dry cheeks. But in the summer when the humidity is high, my skin doesn't feel overly dry (which is why I don't pay much attention to it, and end up with some fine lines during the seasonal changes). Of course, any kind of base makeup can feel a bit sticky in the summer heat. However, in the indoor environment with the air conditioning on low and the fan running, it doesn't feel sticky to the point of my hair getting stuck to my face. I don't think I'm applying too much, but while it doesn't leave a shiny finish or any visible residue, it does feel a bit sticky, so any stray hairs around my face tend to stick to it. I think this would be perfect for me to use in the winter. As for the removability, while they said it washes off easily with soap and body wash, I'm not so sure about that. I tried it on the back of my hand and washed with a Dove bar soap, but there was still some oily residue left, making that area feel a bit tacky. Since it's made with oils, I think a double cleansing routine with a cleansing oil or micellar water followed by a foam cleanser would work best. And if using it on kids, gently wiping it off with a microfiber cloth and a mild cleansing product would probably be the way to go.

I agree, the lack of irritation, minimal fragrance, and moisturizing properties make this product great. I like that I can apply it not just on my face, but also on my lips. The beeswax-based formula gives it a natural lip balm-like feel, which is nice. And I've heard that protecting the thin lip skin from UV damage is important for delaying aging, as the lips can get discolored from sun exposure, even from makeup demonstrations. I think for the summer, when I find it a bit sticky on my whole face, using a lighter sunscreen product all over and then applying this more hydrating one just on the eye area and lips would be the perfect combination. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. The best part was that it is sunscreen-like yet still moisturizing. Because it is moisturizing, it glides on smoothly. As someone with a dry skin type, I sometimes find the dryness of the good-ingredient sunscreens these days to be burdensome. If you are looking for a sunstick suitable for dry skin types, I would recommend this. And the transparent application is also an advantage. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review. I used this when I went to the valley, and it's really hard to keep reapplying sunscreen when you're out having fun, right? That's when I realized how great a sunscreen stick can be! I want to recommend this for your vacation trips! I usually don't like to apply sunscreen on my neck because it's a hassle to cleanse, but this one doesn't really leave any residue on my clothes and is easy to cleanse, so I can comfortably apply it on my neck. The application is smooth and even, which I really like. Even though I have very sensitive skin and can't use just anything, I didn't feel any irritation on my face.
