Among various Aveda products, this one from the Invati line was recommended as the most suitable for my hair type. I've already gone through 3 bottles so far! The best thing I've noticed while using it is that those little bumps that used to pop up when I was stressed have improved, and the damage to my hair ends has significantly reduced. Also, I love how Aveda's signature scent lingers in my hair all day long. It's so effective that even after being out and about all day, my hair still smells fantastic!
ConsIf there's one downside, it's that the formula is quite runny, so if you pour out too much at once, it tends to drip away.
TipStart by cleansing your scalp, and when it comes to the ends of your hair, avoid rubbing too vigorously - just cleanse gently!

Then I switched to Invati, which is more expensive and supposedly better, and I've been using it for about 3-4 months. I bought the 1000ml size. Overall, the satisfaction doesn't quite match the price, but if I had to point out some positives: * You do get that psychological boost of feeling like your hair must be improving because you're using an expensive shampoo. * Unlike some shampoos that leave your hair feeling squeaky clean but stiff when used without conditioner, this one doesn't do that. It doesn't make your hair particularly soft or stiff, but when blow-drying, it doesn't feel tangled or coarse. Still, you definitely need to use conditioner with it.
ConsThe formula is quite runny, so it flows away easily like conditioner. Since I had the large size, I used it generously, but if you're worried about waste, you might want to pump it directly onto your hair or use small amounts at a time. The scent is... well, it's a matter of personal preference, but I'm not a fan of the herbal, ginseng-like smell. It does give the impression that it's nourishing your scalp though. I didn't have any major issues like hair loss or scalp inflammation, so I never felt the need for intensive scalp care. Because of this, I can't really comment on its cleansing power or scalp improvement. However, I do notice my scalp gets itchy a while after washing - this didn't happen with other shampoos. I'm not sure if it's a sign of my scalp getting healthier or if it's producing more oil... So far, I haven't experienced any blemishes, so I'm continuing to use it.
TipIf you're going to use it anyway, go for the large size. After pumping, massage it into your scalp to create a lather. If you need more foam, just sprinkle a bit of water while massaging - it lathers up well this way.

The advantages of this product are that it reduces hair fall, lessens scalp itching, makes hair more lustrous, and leaves a lightweight finish. It's reassuring that it's sulfate-free. I used René Furterer Forticea for a long time, but it contains sulfates, so I switched to this. I'm much more satisfied with this product's anti-hair loss effects and nourishing properties compared to René Furterer. It's less stiff than Forticea and results in less hair fall. The scent is lovely - it's herbal, I'd say? It gives an aromatherapy effect, like being at a spa.
ConsThe price seems too high. The consistency is quite runny, so it pours out quickly, making me feel like I'm wasting it every time I use it.
TipIt's not exactly a tip, but for better lather, thoroughly wet your hair first. If your hair feels excessively oily, it's good to do a preliminary wash with a small amount of a different, foaming shampoo. Gently massage the scalp to avoid irritation, and don't rinse immediately. Instead, wash your body first, then rinse after letting it sit for a while.

While the scent might be divisive, I personally find it gives off a healthy vibe that I really appreciate.
ConsDue to its thin consistency, you might accidentally waste a lot of the precious shampoo if you're not careful when applying it.

At first, my hair stopped falling out, but recently it's started shedding again, so I'm considering repurchasing.
ConsIt comes out very watery and doesn't lather well, but I didn't really mind that aspect too much.

ConsIt's too watery and inconvenient as it easily flows through my palms.
TipAfter the first light shampooing and rinsing, doing a thorough second shampooing makes me feel refreshed.
