However, it's challenging and time-consuming to melt the product with your hands' heat when applying. This often results in uneven application, with clumped areas remaining soft while other parts harden, causing extreme dryness. Rinsing is also problematic, as tiny particles keep coming off, requiring excessive water use. There's a concern about clogging drains if clumps go down. The noticeable particles can feel quite harsh, and during cleansing, they may cause a stinging sensation and feel like they're scratching the skin.

They said you can cleanse with just a warm steam towel at the store, but it's a hassle to wash the towel, and the small particles don't rinse off easily, so just rinsing with lukewarm running water is better.

I bought this product as a substitute for Cosmeticwarrior, hoping it would help with exfoliation and soothing troubles, but the desired effects were almost non-existent.
And there was a subtle sandy-like particle that I didn't feel during the in-store demonstration. It seems they added it for exfoliation, but it didn't really work, and instead, it caused a bit of harsh friction and irritation.
Also, you have to mash the pudding-like texture with your hands and apply it to your face, but in that process, too much product gets used, and the uneven texture makes it hard to spread it evenly on the face.

I originally went to buy Cosmeticwarrior, but on that day, they were out of stock, so I was hesitant to buy another mask. But with the recommendation of the store employee, I ended up purchasing it. When they first explained it, they said you can rinse it off without cleansing, and that the bamboo or something helps with the soothing effect. But since I've had great results with Cosmeticwarrior, I had a positive perception of Lush (when you like one thing, you tend to blindly trust the brand a bit). And most importantly, they said this mask lasts longer than other mud-type masks (around 4 months), so I decided to buy it.
After using it, I felt my skin looked brighter, even if I don't know about other effects. I also felt like my skin was more hydrated. But I didn't really get any other notable benefits.

While the usage experience is truly terrible and uncomfortable, the effects are relatively good.

The usage experience is really bad!! I applied it to my face and it felt like a slightly toasted marshmallow :( The spreadability is very poor, and I had to rinse it for a long time with water!! I wanted to show you how it applies, so I've included a photo for reference. The clumping is severe, making it difficult to apply evenly on the face.
Even when rinsing it off with water 10 minutes later, it was hard to wash off, and it caused significant skin irritation.

This product is effective in exfoliating. My dull skin has become smooth.
The scrub ingredients are bamboo stem, so I feel reassured.
When I applied the product to my palm, it had a bouncy, pudding-like texture.
