You can immediately feel your face brightening up after application. At first, there's a slight burning sensation on the face, but it subsides after a short while. - am****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2020
For an exfoliator, it's on the gentler side and has a delightful scent reminiscent of sweet pumpkin porridge The texture isn't as smooth as expected, and due to its natural ingredients, there's a slight gritty feeling. The results aren't immediate Recommended to use before applying nose strips or face masks. Those accustomed to BHA or AHA products might find it less effective. It's one of the milder options among exfoliating masks - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 11, 2020
As soon as I applied it, I felt a tingling and burning sensation, and I almost washed it off immediately. However, as the tingling gradually subsided and became more bearable, I decided to keep it on. When I finally washed my face, wow! My skin looked incredibly improved. The initial burning sensation is quite intense, which might lead many people to wash it off right away and never use it again. However, it does get better as time passes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 3, 2019
It seems great for removing dead skin cells. I use it three times a week. It's a bit pricey, so the cost makes it hard to use frequently. I wish there were more discounts... When I use it on blemishes, it definitely seems to help care for them. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 24, 2018
Great for removing dead skin cells! I have combination dehydrated skin, so I use it twice a week. It provides amazing hydration and leaves my skin super smooth. The quantity is small for the price, and it can be quite harsh. Be careful when applying and rinsing off. It's quite irritating, so I wouldn't recommend long-term use. It's best to use one bottle, switch to a gentler exfoliator, then come back to this one. This isn't exactly a pro tip, but make sure to rinse off with lukewarm water. Cold water is fine too, but definitely avoid hot water. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJun 8, 2018
A conscientious cosmetic product made with non-GMO ingredients, vegan-friendly, not tested on animals, and containing 98% plant-based components. It's even suitable for pregnant women to use. I bought this from a popular beauty store and used it today. Oh my goodness! As soon as I applied it, it stung terribly and my face turned bright red. I immediately washed it off with cold water, but my face still felt tingly. My cheeks, forehead, nose, and philtrum are still flushed. This product definitely doesn't agree with me. Looking at the reviews above, it seems the glycolic acid, which is an exfoliating ingredient, might be present in higher concentrations than expected. If you have sensitive skin, make sure to patch test on a different area before using it on your face. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinApr 10, 2018
My skin became much more hydrated and improved than I expected. Rather than just exfoliating, it actually makes my skin feel firmer. You might be surprised by the initial burning sensation. Start with a small amount. Use it as a mask in the evening. Your makeup will apply beautifully the next day. - de********Dry SkinMar 3, 2018
A product I frequently buy from iHerb. The one I have is pumpkin-rind green, but this one seems to be orange(?) True to its name as a glycolic mask, it's dedicated to exfoliation and can be a bit intense. The scent is like pumpkin porridge with a hint of herbs, haha. The intensity isn't too severe and is generally tolerable, but first-time users or those unfamiliar with glycolic acid might find it quite shocking. Still, it's pretty decent overall. They emphasize enzymes for exfoliation, but the actual percentage of glycolic acid isn't listed on their website. However, given that it's not yet available through Andalou in Korea, it's likely not too weak. It's probably either stronger than Korean standards allow or there's another reason, as it's one of Andalou's flagship products. For those who exfoliate regularly, it might not be a dramatic game-changer. The other ingredients are quite good. The exfoliation power is less impressive than expected. It's fine if you're just looking for a light, relaxing massage, but it might be too mild for those who rely on chemical exfoliation once a week due to busy schedules. Of course, results can vary from person to person. Using warm water to rinse it off can be quite unpleasant. Make sure to use cool water to soothe your skin afterwards. It becomes more useful if you apply it more frequently to your nose area. - kh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 21, 2018
It exfoliates dead skin cells effectively. The ingredient list looks great too. It really smells like pumpkin porridge! Makes me want to eat it. Some people might not like the scent though. It can be too harsh if left on for too long. Once I left it on for an extended period and my skin turned red, which scared me. It's best to wash it off after a short time. Apply after cleansing and enjoy the pumpkin porridge fragrance to your heart's content. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 3, 2017
It tingles a bit right after application, but that sensation quickly fades. I love how my skin feels soft and smooth immediately after cleansing. This is definitely a product I always keep stocked up. I usually buy this from iHerb, but due to the shipping time and costs, I end up hoarding it.
