  Pros

  This cream was a game-changer for my baby's eczema. Even mixing emulsions with oils didn't work, but this alone did the trick. It's an absolute must-have for dry weather.

  Cons

  While it's great for hydration, it's quite greasy and slippery. It's so oily that I hesitate to dress my baby right after applying. Not sure if it's related, but possibly due to its rich texture, I noticed some white spots like milia on the face. I stopped using it there, and they disappeared over time. Be careful on floors - wipe immediately if spilled, as it's very slippery.

  The texture is rich and creamy, absorbs well, and has a great application

  Cons

  I bought this because it was recommended for dry skin. However, when I applied it to my 27-month-old baby, their skin became bumpy like goosebumps and red spots appeared like blemishes on the same day. It seems my child had an allergic reaction to it.

  Pros

  It's amazing how this night balm can solve everything from baby heat rash to blemishes! Curious, my husband and I tried it too, and when we woke up the next morning, our faces felt as smooth as silk. Since then, I've been applying it religiously every night before bed.

  Cons

  I noticed a slight stinging sensation when applied around the eyes. While it seems fine for the baby, it kept making my eyes water. Weird, right?

  Tip

  I'm currently using the entire baby line: Emulsion > Soothing Cream > Night Balm In the morning, I only apply the emulsion. Before bed, I make sure to apply all the way up to the night balm.

  It's incredibly moisturizing... The texture is rich and creamy, and the scent is mild. I really like it!

  The hydration is truly outstanding. After applying, my skin stays moisturized even until the next morning.

  Cons

  Due to its thick consistency, it takes some time to absorb after application. I've been using this for my eldest child's atopic dermatitis for 3 years, but starting this year, it causes hives and intense itching when applied. Strangely, the reaction only occurs on the upper body. Despite enduring the itchiness through the night, by morning the skin becomes soft. It's puzzling since the ingredients haven't changed.

  It absorbs really well. It's nicely hydrating and has a pleasant texture that's not too thick.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, one of the ingredients seems to trigger an allergic reaction in my little one. When I applied it to their eczema and heat rash on their face and body, they experienced a burning sensation and their skin turned very red. I'll keep it for myself to use instead.

  At first glance, it doesn't appear to be irritating. While ato-creams usually work well for me...

  Cons

  I bought this after having a good experience with Dermex ato-cream. However, perhaps because my skin is currently super sensitive, or maybe it just doesn't suit me, I experienced some itching a little while after applying it.

  Pros

  The hydration is definitely excellent. I had eczema spreading all over my body, so I applied this diligently. Within just a day or two, my skin felt moisturized and the eczema completely disappeared.

  Cons

  However, it didn't work well for my child. Shortly after applying, hives and rashes appeared. My baby is exclusively breastfed and hasn't started solids yet, so I was worried it might be atopic dermatitis. But after researching on parenting forums, I found that it could be an oatmeal allergy. When I traced back when we used the product and compared the symptoms, it seemed to fit. The doctor also suggested it might be an allergic reaction and prescribed steroids. Please make sure to do a patch test before applying it fully.
