ConsI bought this because it was recommended for dry skin. However, when I applied it to my 27-month-old baby, their skin became bumpy like goosebumps and red spots appeared like blemishes on the same day. It seems my child had an allergic reaction to it.

I mix it with cream and apply it all over the body morning and night! My first child had to stop using it after a week due to rash-like symptoms, but it suits my second child well, so they're using different products!
ConsI think my first child had blemishes. There was an unexplained rash, but I'm not sure if it's due to the product. It didn't appear immediately, so it's hard to tell.
TipI'm using it mixed with cream to make it a bit thinner! When used alone, it feels a bit thick and doesn't absorb as well. And make sure to wash your hands after applying... it's quite slippery!

The rough parts of my heels felt softer when I touched them. It doesn't look particularly dewy on the surface, but it's just like Vaseline.
ConsI applied it all over my first and second child's body, but the next morning only my older child (8 years old) broke out in hives. Red, small millet-sized hives appeared on the entire stomach and thighs. I can't help but suspect this cream as the cause, as it's the only thing we changed. Still, just to be sure, after the symptoms completely subsided, two weeks later... I applied it only on one arm before bed, and the next day, the hives appeared again. In 8 years, I've tried many baby emulsions, and while there were likes and dislikes, this is the first time I've seen hives like with Dermex. When I apply it to my second child's face, blemishes like small pimples appear one by one, so I'm planning to use it only on my heels. After searching mom cafes, I found that this happens quite often. It seems the oatmeal ingredient might be causing the hives.
TipWhile there are many positive reviews, it can also cause allergic reactions, so please choose carefully. As always, cosmetics are truly case by case.

I heard Aveeno is good, so I decided to give it a try. When I apply it to my body, it feels moisturizing.
ConsI'm not sure about the finishing feel and how quickly it absorbs. When I applied it to my face, I got a lot of small pimple-like breakouts. :(

From birth, my child had severe atopic dermatitis and red skin issues all over their body. The hospital said there were signs of atopy. Especially, stubborn coin-shaped eczema developed on the outer sides of both ankles and did not heal even with the use of Lidoderm ointment. However, the next day after using this product just once, the condition of my child's legs visibly improved. And now, after using it for a few days, the redness has almost disappeared. This body cream is better for my child than ointments. It is very rich and provides long-lasting moisturization. I recommend it for dry babies.
ConsThis cream is quite heavy, sticky, and leaves a lingering slippery residue even after application. It has a texture similar to a body balm. While it helped with the atopic symptoms and eczema, it seems to have clogged pores, leading to small pimple-like breakouts. In my baby's case, the small pimples are better than the eczema, so I plan to continue using it. But if you are not extremely dry-skinned, you may experience some skin issues, so please check it carefully.
TipI recommend this for babies with weak skin barriers. It also seems to work well for adults with dry, itchy skin. This is a great cream for the winter season.
