So while it starts off as a non-flaking, perfectly matte primer, the separation causes the silicone to clump on the walls and pump. This means each pump dispenses more of the separated liquid formula. Due to the zinc oxide, applying this liquid-heavy formula leads to dryness and makes makeup flake.

At first, it's silky and lightweight, and unlike regular silicone primers, it doesn't pill or flake - it's a game-changer!
