  I ended up buying this product due to laziness, and I'm glad I did. The highlighter has a subtle shimmer that's not too intense - it's just right.

  Cons

  The shading has a strong yellow undertone. Even though I have a warm complexion, the yellowness is too much for me to handle...

  I love how easy it is to contour with this, and it's great that I don't need to carry around a heavy shading product.

  Cons

  As someone with cool undertones, I find it has too much of a yellow tint, which makes my makeup look less polished.

  Pros

  I used to use the pre-renewal Play 101 Stick Contour Duo, and when I heard it was renewed, I thought about buying it. Luckily, I got selected as one of The Hwahae Testers! Here's what I liked: Longevity: Pretty good! It lasts about 4-5 hours. Application: The absorbs is really nice. It glides on smoothly, and you can even blend it well with your fingers instead of a puff. It's perfect for touching up on-the-go - just swipe it on your jawline and blend when you feel like your makeup needs a refresh. Adherence: Decent! It doesn't transfer much and feels like it's really sticking to the skin.

  Cons

  Color: As someone with shade 17 skin, I found the contour color too dark with slight yellow and red undertones, making it look unnatural. The highlighter part also doesn't blend well and sits on top of the skin. The highlighter is really disappointing. When applied to the forehead, the shimmer particles tend to migrate, and later you'll find them stuck to your eyebrows.

  Tip

  For nose contouring, don't apply the stick directly. Instead, use your pinky finger to pick up the product and apply it. This product seems to work well for touch-ups.

  Pros

  The adherence is good. Among the two, the highlighter is quite usable.

  Cons

  I went to buy shade 2, but it was out of stock, so I purchased shade 1. However, the reddish-brown color didn't suit my complexion at all. It's really a color for warm-toned individuals? Anyway, I didn't like the color, and I'm not sure why there are sparkles in the highlighter. It's disappointing.

  The stick format is a clever idea, making it easy to apply and control the product.

  Cons

  The contour shade pills excessively and has too much of a reddish tone. The highlighter doesn't adhere well to the skin and looks patchy. I'm not sure if it's because this is my first time using a stick format, but I think I'd be better off using other brands or even powder products instead.
