Pros
Since my skin is sensitive, using Too Cool For School would cause hives and swelling, and it was difficult to manage. While browsing, I came across the Stick and purchased it, and I'm happy that there are no skin troubles and it's easy to use! I plan to repurchase it.
Cons

The makeup applies very smoothly and blends well, resulting in good color payoff. The angled cut also makes it easy to apply to contoured areas. The shades don't look natural on me - the contouring is too reddish and the highlighter is too bright. The highlighter's shimmer is overpowering even after blending. I think it was good because the color matched me well and it didn't cause any breakouts. When contouring with powder type, there are sometimes issues with the nose area looking cakey, but since this isn't a powder type, there was no cakiness, which I really liked.
Cons
The longevity is a bit disappointing, and the amount gets used up really quickly, which is a shame.

It's very moisturizing and not too greasy at all, really great. It doesn't leave any blemishes. I usually don't use stick-type contouring products, but I've been using this one exclusively.
Cons
If you don't do proper skin care initially, the highlighter can actually look a bit patchy.

Pros
Shading is better than highlighting. While it doesn't have a dramatic effect, it can make your face look naturally slimmer, and I didn't have any trouble with it. : ) It also applied quite smoothly, which was a pleasant surprise.
Cons
As for highlighter... well, it just didn't work for me ㅠ It's hard to pinpoint exactly what was wrong, but it just applied strangely? (It could be because of the condition of my skin)

It's so amazing that I would buy it a hundred times over....It's great that it's bundled with a highlighter and shading so I can use them together♡ I was worried it might cause breakouts, especially around my nose area, but I didn't get any at all, which is even better☺ It naturally lifts my nose bridge, making it a real life-changing product.

The lid is a bit stiff, but I haven't had any complaints about using it constantly so far☺
