Color: I bought 4 single eyeshadows for contouring to celebrate getting a 4-color palette, and the more I look at them, the more I love them! They appear matte, but actually have subtle shimmer, so they're closer to the shimmer category if we're being specific... If you have a warm complexion, these are shades you might want to keep on hand. It's called a budget-friendly dupe for MAC's Soba, and there's a reason for that nickname. 2. Pigmentation: Etude House shadows really excel in pigmentation. The color payoff is fantastic. They're perfect for creating depth and dimension. 3. Application: There's hardly any excess powder when applying, which makes them very user-friendly. 4. Creasing: They don't crease or crumble during use. They also have a luxurious feel to them. 5. Staying power: They don't smudge or fade. This might actually be their biggest advantage?
ConsWhy on earth did they discontinue these? I was about to write a review after a long time, only to find out these shadows have been discontinued. Such a shame!

I always use this for my brown makeup looks. The subtle shimmer makes it absolutely stunning.
ConsI thought this would be an ongoing product... I can't believe it's been discontinued!
TipIf you happen to spot it online, grab it while you can!

It's perfect for creating subtle shadows while the fine shimmer sparkles beautifully. I love how finely milled the powder is too!
ConsThere's a bit of excess powder kickup. However, when applied with fingers, the color payoff is truly gorgeous. If you use a brush that isn't soft enough, the applied product can turn back into powder and fall off.
TipApply with your fingers or use an extremely soft brush for best results.

There's no redness, and it has just the right amount of subtle shimmer for perfect contouring. The swatches in the photo were applied twice by hand. Here are the hand swatches: 1. Etude House Coffee in Cognac 2. Etude House Softly Dried Pine Cone 3. Etude House Coconut on the Beach 4. The Face Shop Vintage Rose 5. Innisfree Camellia at Sunset
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad to mention! Maybe the color payoff is a bit intense? But I'm really satisfied and enjoying using it.

First off, the Satin Fit Eyes line itself has incredibly intense pigmentation. I've often been disappointed by the weak color payoff of Etude eyeshadows, but this one's strong pigmentation is so satisfying. The 'Coffee in Cognac' shade is perfect for creating depth and dimension. It has no red undertones at all, with just a hint of khaki and the subtlest golden shimmer that gives a soft glow. I use this color daily!
ConsThere seems to be a bit of excess powder fallout. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied!

It's a basic eyeshadow shade, a muted brown that's not too dark but more of a medium tone. I use shade 22 in foundations, and this color wasn't particularly flattering on me, haha! I found myself reaching for it on gloomy or dull days. * Value for money As expected from Etude, it's great value for the price.
Cons* It's definitely a shade you should swatch before buying, haha! It's exactly like a coffee color without any red undertones.

It works well with toast or ginger as a base. That's why it's so versatile. It's a brown eyeshadow with almost no red undertones. There are fine shimmer particles, but they're barely noticeable when applied to the eyelids.
ConsThere's significant excess powder fallout, and the texture is clumpy and rough. It's not a smooth texture, which means it gets used up quickly.
TipIt's great for emphasizing shadows or for everyday makeup looks.

The shade is perfect for contouring, leaning more towards neutral. It contains tiny, delicate shimmer in pink, sky blue, and gold. When applied, it doesn't feel heavy and gives a subtle, smooth appearance. I'm not sure about excess powder, but there's a slight tendency to clump. It's not bothersome when applied with fingers. The color payoff is true to the shadow in the pan, perhaps appearing a bit clearer(?), but it's almost identical. While there are many similar contouring shades on the market, this one seems unique. Something about its clear quality(?) prevents it from looking like a bruise, which is great.
ConsI bought it online, and the color is quite different from what's shown on the website. It's much lighter than the website color. If you're expecting a deep shade, you might be surprised.
TipIf you're buying Satin Fit Eyes, get 'Blanc Moscato' too. It has a subtle, fine shimmer that sparkles beautifully. Apply a brown shade for contouring, then lightly dust this under your eyes for a natural, gorgeous look.
