Pros
First, I use it as a substitute for scrubbing, and I'm completely satisfied!! Among the many scrub products I've used so far, this is undoubtedly number one. My skin feels so soft, smooth, and moisturized. The charcoal seems to have a brightening effect on my skin tone as well. The rolling motion is not too difficult, and the particles are not coarse and powdery, so there's no irritation on the skin.
Cons
When using it, black water just flows... Since it's mixed with water, it's inevitable that black water will splash and stain the sink. That's why I took off one star. After cleansing, I have to wipe the sink area where the black water has stained.

Pros
When my face has a lot of sebum or dead skin, using this product really helps calm it down and makes my skin feel soft and smooth.
Cons
It has a rather rough feel to it... And even after rinsing with water, there's still a grayish residue left on my face that doesn't seem to come off easily. So I always have to wash it off again with a foam cleanser.

I've repurchased this product 6 times. Even though I have very sensitive skin, when I dilute it in water and use it gently, my skin becomes smooth and soft.
Cons
The blackheads don't really go away... It seems to focus more on removing dead skin cells rather than oil.
