Pros
It's soft and exfoliates well. After washing, it's well-moisturized and silky smooth.

It has a lot of oil but feels like it grips well It also exfoliates and is good on days with a lot of fine dust
Cons
After cleansing, it remains blackish and won't wash off well with just water if you don't do a second cleanse
Tip
Using a cleansing brush makes it easier It's good to use it during shower, otherwise you'll have to clean the sink

Pros
I went to repurchase the Hwahae Trial Reviewer that I had been using for a while. While testing various products, I ended up purchasing it because I felt a refreshing scrubbing sensation. The finish was truly impressive, and I was genuinely satisfied. Although I didn't expect the scrubbing sensation to be as strong, after rinsing it off, my skin felt soft and moisturized. Unlike other Lush products, there are no visible natural ingredients, and there's nothing that gets caught on your hands. It can be stored in the refrigerator and used conveniently. The time required for rinsing, finishing, and cleansing is quite lengthy compared to other products, so it's better to use it calmly in the evening rather than feeling stressed in the morning. Using it 1-2 times a week is just about right. My makeup the next day is definitely better absorbed. The exfoliation is very effective, and it helps calm down any bumps. However, due to various reasons, I find it a bit difficult to recommend to others. In the fall and winter, I'll use other Lush products, and I plan to repurchase this in the spring. So I'll give it 4 stars.

To be honest, the store staff didn't strongly recommend this to me. They did mention that just water cleansing alone wouldn't remove everything, and that I should lightly use another product to create some foam and rinse it off, which kind of sparked my experimental spirit and led me to purchase it. As mentioned earlier, using it in the morning causes stress before going to work. The black liquid flows down to my forearms, and I have to wipe that off. The sink becomes covered in charcoal, which I have to clean up (if I just leave it, it becomes difficult to remove later). I have to either do a light cleanse with a foam cleanser or rinse it extremely thoroughly to avoid having charcoal residue left on my face. The scrub granules feel a bit sharp, and my entire face turns red, so I have to quickly cool it down with a soothing gel. After rinsing, as I thought I had cleaned it well, I was shocked to see more residue come off during cleansing. Even after thorough cleansing, more black powder keeps coming out of my hairline and nostrils. That's why I only used it in the evening during my shower time.
Tip
Cleansing is a must. Unless you're an extremely diligent morning person, I'd recommend using it in the evening like I did. It can be quite frustrating.

Pros
The soft, smooth feeling is immediately noticeable after cleansing. Personally, I liked the fragrance. When used regularly (2-3 times a week), it seems to help manage overall facial exfoliation.
Cons
While many have used it, it's impossible to remove everything with just water alone haha You need to do a second cleanse, either with a cleansing balm or another cleanser, to get it all off. In my case, I use the Philosophy Purity cleanser for my second cleanse, and fortunately (?) the soft feeling still remains after that. Destroying the sink is an added bonus haha I only use it when showering.

Pros
This is the only product that has been effective for my milia! I went to Lush and the staff member said this one product would get rid of all my milia, so I trusted them and tried it out - and it really works! The charcoal is apparently great for absorbing excess oil, so that's why it's so effective. After using it, my skin feels so soft and smooth, and there's no dryness at all.
Cons
Like some other reviews mentioned, even after cleansing thoroughly, you still need to rinse it off really well. If you don't, the toner will pick up black residue when you use it.
Tip
I was told I could use this daily, so I've been using it every night. I don't scrub it on roughly though, I just apply it lightly or use it like a mask and rinse it off right away.

Pros
When I went to Japan, the staff member gave me a hand treatment, and my hands felt so soft and nice, so I bought it.
Cons
I think it's too much to use just one product for cleansing. And at first, I used too much, so even after rinsing for a long time, there was still a dark residue left on my skin, and I didn't feel like my skin was properly cleansed, so I had to wash it again. After that, I was afraid to use it.

Pros
This is an exfoliating product, but it can be used daily. Unlike other cleansers, after washing your face, there is no feeling of a film forming on your skin. It's not squeaky clean.

Pros
While it's a personal preference, I found the fragrance to be excellent. It has a charcoal-like scent with a natural(?) aroma, and it's a product that is typically used by mixing with water like Lush products. Since it's used by mixing with water, the granule size can be adjusted to some extent, allowing for gentle exfoliation. Additionally, it felt moisturized after rinsing, and it also helped cleanse blackheads and sebum.
Cons
Since it's a dark-colored product, it tends to stain. This is the biggest downside. It cannot be washed off with water alone and requires an additional cleansing with a cleansing foam. While it feels moisturized when washed with water alone, it becomes dry after the additional cleansing with a cleansing foam. Furthermore, if it gets on the sink or bathroom, it cannot be removed with regular soap and requires scrubbing with a scrub brush or similar tool. I don't have plans to repurchase this. Given that Lush has many other exfoliating products, I don't see a need to use this particular one.
