I bought it because the packaging is pretty and the case is adorable, but that's where the positives end It's so sheer that it feels like you're not wearing anything. There's absolutely no color payoff, and it emphasizes dead skin cells a lot. It contains many potentially irritating ingredients. The yogurt effect (separation) is severe - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 24, 2022
It looks gorgeous on people with cool undertones! It's natural enough to wear on its own, and also works great as a base. I'd recommend it as a daily go-to! The downside is that it can be drying, causing dead skin cells to flake off. Some might find it a bit more matte compared to other tints. Since it can be drying on its own, I'd suggest using a lip balm to keep your lips moisturized, or use it as a base layer before applying other tints! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2021
Since I don't like applying lip products too heavily, I only used a small amount. The color payoff was still nice, and the staying power was impressive. I've been searching for a tint that allows for a sheer application, and this seems perfect! My natural lip color is on the darker side, so applying this all over my lips didn't suit me very well. However, I think this might be a case-by-case situation depending on individual preferences and lip colors. I mix this with other darker lipsticks, and it works absolutely perfectly for me! - bm*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesJun 4, 2021
Even those who struggle with lip tints that usually make their lips look matronly could easily use this one! The only slight inconvenience was that the color didn't quite match my deep undertone complexion. - gi*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 27, 2021
The coral shade is adorably vibrant and lively. The color payoff is beautifully clear and dewy, reminiscent of a fresh peach. The packaging is a bit disappointing. It looks oddly like a baby bottle...? - gu******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 25, 2021
I found this great for daily, easy application! Since my natural lip color is quite faint, it didn't look like I was wearing a tint at all. I loved how it applied smoothly without being matte. However, it seems to suit those with brighter complexions better. I have a rather dark and somewhat sallow skin tone, so the lip color seemed to float on my face. I'd recommend this to those with fair, bright skin. Also, the color itself isn't particularly... well... pretty. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJan 30, 2021
Perfect for everyday use with a natural finish. The packaging is absolutely adorable! The brush tip inside rattles around every time you apply it. Layering multiple coats makes it look like yogurt texture. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2020
Color: It's a lovely salmon coral shade with a deep undertone that mixes a hint of pink with coral, making it very wearable! It applies thinly for a sheer, translucent look. Texture: The formula is slightly thicker than the Ink the Airy Velvet, but it still has a slight slip and feels powdery soft. Packaging: It's a bit different from the familiar ink bottle design. It comes in a long cylindrical tube with an ink bottle-style cap. Applicator: The slightly wavy shape makes it easy to apply to the lips! It seems to work well with the formula too. The opening for controlling the amount of product is quite narrow, so the tint tends to gather at the tip, leading to an uneven application. The staining effect is very pink, so I had to keep removing it with cleansing water and reapplying. It doesn't adhere well to the lips, transferring easily onto paper cups. I had to use a straw, but even then it transferred, leaving only the inner part of my lips colored. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 13, 2020
The color is a slightly pinkish coral that seems to suit fair-skinned cool tones really well. The formula is similar to the Ink the Velvet line, but perhaps due to its signature matte finish, it does tend to accentuate dead skin cells a bit. The photo makes it look a bit more orange, but in reality, it's a touch pinker. The application isn't bad at all - it glides on smoothly. The only issue I had was that it highlighted blemishes. With tints, I guess if you choose the right color, the only concerns are ingredients and how it interacts with dead skin cells... haha! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 11, 2020
This is my holy grail lip tint! I think it's the best one I've ever used. I wear it every single day! I honestly can't think of any real downsides. If I had to nitpick... maybe the amount is a bit small?
