The cushion looks best after it's been on for a while... It may vary for everyone, but I found it looked most natural and beautiful as it wore down. (The photo was taken long after applying makeup, so there's some oil on the nose area, but I like the subtle glow it gives.)

The downside is the case... It's not a major inconvenience, but fingerprints show easily on it, and the material seems to peel off slightly. I don't usually check ingredients for cushions like I do for skincare, but the ingredients in this aren't as good as I expected. When wearing a mask these days, it might transfer a bit. The humidity might also cause it to separate.

I have fair skin, but using a very light base makes me look ghostly and my face appears rounder. So I liked that this matched my skin tone without brightening it too much. 2. Adherence: This cushion really sticks to the skin! It has the best adherence of any cushion or base I've tried. It doesn't apply thickly but adheres thinly and well. 3. Longevity: Not only does it last, but it looks even prettier as it wears. It breaks down naturally and beautifully, giving a non-greasy glow that makes your skin look good.

Even though it's shade 19, it's not overly bright, so I used it well.

After using it for a while, the glow seems to fade away. Now it feels more matte when applied.

It absorbs thinly yet has great staying power. Although it's shade 19, it's not extremely light, so I use it as a highlighter even though I'm shade 21. The tension formula seems to apply even more thinly. I used to be biased against Missha's designs, but this case is glossy, luxurious, and beautiful.

The texture felt thicker than I expected. I prefer a more sheer coverage, so that might be why it felt that way to me. However, this seems to be a characteristic that comes with the glowy finish, so it might be a matter of personal preference.

True to its name, this tension cushion gives a glowing finish. The shade matched my skin better than the 21 Vanilla color.

Otherwise, the face might appear heavy. It's a formula that women in their mid-twenties to thirties would appreciate. It gives that feeling of providing coverage while also imparting a glow. Younger users might feel that this kind of skin expression could potentially make their skin tone appear somewhat dull.

There can be some breakdown, but honestly, it's easily manageable. If you apply the compact, set it with a fixer, use some powder, and then set again with the fixer, there's hardly any breakdown. There's almost no darkening, and it just looks beautiful, really. There might be a bit of caking around the nose, but that can be fixed with touch-ups. The level of breakdown is pretty standard.

This is my holy grail product...!!!! I really hope they never discontinue it. It's such a shame it hasn't gained more popularity. This is a review from someone who purchased with their own money. The adherence is absolutely fantastic, and it works well even when my skin isn't at its best. I especially love the color. I have light skin with a deep undertone, and the shade 19, which has an ivory base, is perfect for deep undertones - it's a match made in heaven! When applied, it makes my skin look great and does a good job of concealing pores. It's just so amazing!

As someone with dry skin, I found it too drying. Over time, it started to separate and cling badly around my nose.

I really liked that the shade was lighter than #21!
