Application: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absorbs well with a moisturizing, thin texture that leaves a semi-matte finish. Longevity: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Varies by skin type. For me, it faded quickly on oily areas like the nose, but lasted well on the cheeks even after 8 hours. Hydration: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Slightly dry, but with a solid skincare base, it doesn't feel drying over time. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I mix in a drop of oil for dry areas, which works great! Dead skin cells visibility: ⭐️⭐️ Minimal flaking, mostly on inner cheeks. With proper skincare prep, there's no visible flaking. Breakdown: ⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Breaks down faster on oily areas, especially the nose. Cheeks remain intact longer. Adherence: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adheres quickly, though application tool can affect texture. Separation: Slight separation. I often experience makeup separating around my mouth, between brows, and inner cheeks in winter, but this product showed less separation (though not completely absent). Nose pore clogging: ⭐️ None Thickness: ⭐️⭐️ Lightweight and thin application due to the moisturizing formula. Packaging: Convenient squeeze tube, but cap area gets messy quickly and needs frequent cleaning. Coverage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Effectively covers redness and large pores, but concealer needed for dark circles or pigmentation. Scent: ⭐️ Smells like cosmetic ingredients. Reminds me of old-fashioned makeup scents. May be polarizing. Darkening: Present Packaging: Cap area gets dirty easily. Note: I have combination dehydrated skin with frequent dryness on inner cheeks and between brows, but an oily nose. Most products work well for me without causing blemishes. I typically use shade 21 for foundation. Tip: For those with dry skin, try mixing in a drop of oil! Recommended for: Those preferring light application over heavy coverage, budget-conscious shoppers, fans of semi-matte finishes, those who like thin layers, and those seeking high adherence. Will I repurchase: Yes! Why: While it might be dry for some, using oil prevents flaking and separation. Finding a non-separating product has been challenging for me. Plus, the price is incredibly reasonable! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 13, 2020
The coverage is truly incredible... Just one drop can cover an entire cheek! You can really trust the coverage power of this product. When it first touches the skin, there's a bit of darkening :( While the coverage is good, I found the adherence and longevity to be somewhat lacking. You can compensate for the drawbacks like adherence and longevity by putting more effort into your skincare routine. However, the darkening issue might still persist. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 9, 2020
Best value for money! It has decent coverage and I love its semi-matte finish. Unfortunately, it tends to darken over time. On oily areas, it slightly separates after a while. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2020
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin, seborrheic dermatitis, acne-prone Color: ●●●○○ Pilling: ●●○○○ Longevity: ●●●○○ Coverage: ●○○○○ Sensitivity: ●●●○○ Color: The grayish tint makes it a bit overwhelming for daily use. Pilling: No matter how good the mask or hydration routine, it still pills on my skin. Especially on acne-prone areas, it really pills a lot when applying foundation. Longevity: Decent Coverage: This isn't a product to buy if you're expecting high coverage! (I didn't expect much coverage when I bought it, so I wasn't too disappointed) Sensitivity: It wasn't particularly irritating. However, for someone with acne-prone skin like mine, using it daily might be a bit much! - The color has too much of a grayish tint (the shade is too intense) - It pills excessively Final thoughts ----- I'd recommend spending a bit more money on a different product instead of buying this one. It might be suitable for those with smooth skin texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 29, 2020
It feels great when applying. Plus, the foundation case? The packaging is super cute and you get a generous amount. It's difficult to control the amount dispensed. And the smell... it's a bit unpleasant. It leaks easily. The staying power isn't good. Also, it oxidizes quite badly. If you apply setting powder after the foundation, the staying power improves significantly. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 29, 2020
The coverage was moderate for me, probably because it's not a matte foundation. The absorption was pretty good. The color is a perfect, beautiful ivory shade! The downside is that if you don't cleanse properly, you might get some blemishes the next day. Also, I found the staying power a bit disappointing for my skin. I experienced quite noticeable darkening as well. I'd recommend applying it with a brush rather than a puff to avoid leaving marks on your skin! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2020
First, when applied thinly in 2-3 layers with a brush, the coverage is decent and it conceals pores well. But be careful not to apply too much, or it'll look cakey. Unfortunately, it caused severe darkening of my skin. I wanted a long-lasting foundation for my first try, but within 30 minutes, it started to separate and pill badly. Works well when applied thinly with a brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2020
It covers pores well and when I'm in a rush, I can quickly dab small amounts on my face. It adheres nicely even with quick patting, without feeling heavy or cakey. The coverage is pretty good too. However, it tends to darken quite a bit and breaks down too quickly, which is disappointing. It doesn't last very long. Since my skin is oily but also dry, applying powder over a large area emphasizes dead skin cells. Rather than using a lot, it's better to use a smaller amount. Apply it well with a brush, then pat it in with a puff. Use concealer for areas that need extra coverage, and only apply powder to areas that tend to get oily. This seems to work best. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2020
It has a slightly matte finish and adheres well to the skin. There's a bit of darkening, but it doesn't break down messily - it just seems to fade away naturally. It covers blackheads and blemishes nicely. If applied thinly, it looks incredibly natural and beautiful, without any obvious signs of makeup. Great value for money! For those who use shade 21 or higher, I recommend Ivory. There is some darkening. I tried Ivory first, but the Pink Base didn't match my skin tone, so I bought Beige, which is slightly darker. Apply it very thinly. If you have textured skin, you might find it noticeable... In winter, when the heater is on, it can get oily and transfer. It rubs off easily. If you don't have dry skin, set it with powder. After applying your skincare, squeeze out just a tiny amount and add more as needed, applying it thinly. It really goes on beautifully this way. Since it has a watery consistency, if you try to apply it all at once, it can dry and clump. Divide it into sections and pat it in. It seems to be the best in terms of value for money. I was particularly impressed with its longevity and especially its coverage. I'm not sure if it's because shade 2 doesn't match my complexion, but it caused darkening. My skin turned yellowish after some time.
