The color payoff and staying power are excellent. It applies smoothly with a matte finish that's not too drying, striking a nice balance of softness. When applied to the lips, it takes on an unexpectedly intense bluish tint, transforming into a cool pink shade that's almost fluorescent. I'd recommend this for those with a deep undertone, especially if you have very pale natural lip color and light skin tone. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 8, 2021
I love how smoothly it glides on! The sweet chocolate scent is an absolute winner for me. The color payoff isn't bad either! I was expecting a vibrant orange-toned coral, but it turned out to be more of a neon coral. However, that's just a matter of personal preference! Remember, exfoliating your lips isn't just an option, it's a must! If you're not a fan of the bright, fluorescent pink look, try applying it as a gradient or layer it with other lip products for a customized look. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 9, 2020
I've always been using MAC's Devoted to Chili, but it started to feel a bit too mature(?) and dull. It made me question what my actual skin tone is. Then, I accidentally tried a coral shade and it looked amazing on me! That's why I decided to buy this lipstick. I wonder what tone I am if Mandarin O suits me so well, haha. Anyway, it's such a beautiful salmon-colored lipstick! Compared to Devoted to Chili, this one definitely accentuates dead skin cells more, and it doesn't look pretty if you apply multiple layers. It's certainly not an extremely warm shade, so those who don't suit pink tones might want to avoid it. It's a pink-coral color that's neither cool nor warm, just slightly leaning towards the warm side. You need to apply it in one smooth stroke. Since a full lip application doesn't suit me, I prefer to apply it as a gradient. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2019
True to its name as a powder, it really has excellent staying power When I saw it in the store, it looked like a beautiful orange coral, but once I bought it, it turned out to be pink... Still, it's pretty! (Don't be fooled by the store lighting, haha) It's a bit disappointing to wear this alone. I apply it together with YSL Tatouage Couture in shade 13! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 3, 2019
- First off, I'm a warm-toned person through and through, always sticking to orange lips! - That said, I was pleasantly surprised by this delicate, soft lavender shade I tried for the first time. - And the application... oh my, it's incredibly smooth. It's on a whole different level compared to my usual MAC lipsticks. - While it wasn't exactly the color I was looking for, the shade is truly beautiful. And let's be honest, that matte bullet case is seriously stylish! - To be frank, if you're a true warm-toned person, you might not reach for this often. It's a very light salmon-pink color that might seem a bit muted, making you constantly crave your orange lipsticks. - When you look at swatches online, you might expect a slight orangey-coral tone, but in reality, it's pinker than you'd think. Keep this in mind when making your purchase! I'd recommend this to those who dislike overly intense lip colors or prefer pink lips! While it's called a Powder Kiss, you'll still need to prep your lips. Try applying a generous amount of Vaseline the night before and wiping it off in the morning to manage dead skin cells. I bought this after trying it on at a MAC store, but I didn't account for the flattering store lighting. Make sure to wear it for a day before deciding to buy!
