I have been using Tamanu oil and Jojoba oil regularly. Fortunately, I was selected for the Hwahae Trial and was able to try the Baobab oil, and the initial experience was that it felt light and refreshing for an oil. In the winter, my skin tends to get easily reddened, sensitive, and develop flaky skin and severe dryness around my cheeks and lips, leading to small bumpy pimples on my cheeks and chin. Although it was a short one-week period, the notable feature was that it relieved the itchy, irritated feeling caused by the dryness. I have regained the desire to repurchase this product.
ConsThe downside is the price, as I would like to use the Jojoba oil as a multi-purpose product, but considering the price, I may not be able to use it on areas other than my face.
TipIt is essential to do an allergy test for oil products. Please apply it to the back of your ear and the inner part of your arm, and then gradually move on to your neck and face. Mixing it with a light moisturizing cream can improve the spreadability and absorption compared to applying it directly. It is also good to apply it to your cuticles and leave it on overnight.

I have dry skin, so when I feel dryness at night before bed, I usually apply a facial mask and then put on vaseline instead of lotion to create an overall coating on my skin. So I had high expectations for using the oil, but it was really lightweight and not sticky at all, which was perfect for me! For those of you with dry skin like me, applying a little bit of the oil all over your skin before makeup can help maintain a more moisturized complexion.
ConsOne thing I was a bit disappointed about was that it was unscented. While the lack of scent is not a big deal and is better than having an unpleasant smell, I was hoping for a subtle oil fragrance. But since it is completely unscented, it would be great for those sensitive to smells. Another minor downside is that the oil doesn't deeply absorb into the skin all at once. However, I think this can be improved by applying it more evenly across the entire face.
TipAs I mentioned before, I find it works best when I apply it before bed or when my skin feels dry, and then use the remaining oil on my hair as well. I really think dry-skinned folks should try this out without hesitation. (I'm not exaggerating or being dishonest) I usually don't like writing reviews, but I decided to apply for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program after seeing that many reviews online don't match the actual product experience. So this is a sincere review that you can trust. Maintain that dewy, moisturized glow this upcoming winter with this oil!

In the winter, I apply a lot of moisturizing products, and heavy oils can feel stuffy and oppressive, but this one doesn't have that problem. It's lightweight and absorbs well! I think those who don't like heavy products will like this one~
ConsEven though it's an oil, it doesn't moisturize well. I have to apply it several times to barely feel it filling in the dryness. As lightweight as it is, it seems to lack in that aspect, at least for dry skin like mine.
TipI used it with my parents, and my mother, who has oily skin, said it was just right for her. I think it would be good for oily people to apply to the dry patches here and there.

After applying, my hands didn't feel sticky at all, and my skin felt refreshed quickly, but the moisturizing effect didn't disappear right away, so I was quite satisfied. Since I haven't used many oil products, I can't really compare it to other products and say it's better or worse, but ;) The lightweight formula was great for applying it anywhere that felt a bit dry. I mainly used it on my heels, Achilles tendon, ankles, elbows, and fingertips, and rubbed the leftover oil into the ends of my hair. The immediate moisturizing effect seemed to work well, and since the oil is lightweight, it didn't weigh down my hair at all haha The scent was barely noticeable and not at all unpleasant, so it wasn't bothersome!
ConsEven though it's an oil, the moisturizing power isn't incredibly intense!! It's not like that, so for those with extremely dry skin, it might be better to use it more in the summer than winter. It seemed to work better for me in the summer than winter, which was a bit disappointing ㅜㅠ I have really dry skin too ㅠㅠㅠ I have acne-prone skin, so I was afraid to use oil on my face, but because of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer comments, I tried applying a thin layer on my forehead and nose... Lately, I haven't been getting acne on my forehead, so I tried it, but when I woke up the next morning, a big pimple was ready to pop up ㅠㅠㅠ It's just one, so I can't say for sure it was because of this, but I had an important event a few days later, so I didn't use it on my face after that :( In summary, the moisturizing power isn't incredibly impressive, and I did get a blemish, but I can't say for certain it was because of this oil?
TipThis is a really great product for applying anywhere that feels a bit dry. The small size is also convenient for carrying around!

It has a nutty, savory fragrance. The scent is subtle, so even sensitive individuals can use it. This product is suitable for both dry and oily skin types. It has a lightweight formula, and the oil does not feel heavy or greasy, but rather leaves a moisturized feel.
ConsSo far, I haven't found any downsides to using this product!
TipYou can use it not only as part of your skincare routine after cleansing, but also as a final step before bedtime.

I had been wondering what kind of oil to switch to for the winter, and when I had the chance to use the baobab oil, I was both excited and a bit worried to try it out. The best part was that despite being an oil, it didn't feel heavy at all and I was able to apply it lightly. I was satisfied that there was no greasy feeling after application, and I also liked that the bottle size was small. I often bought oils in the past but ended up not using them all before they went bad, so I thought the smaller size was great because I could finish it quickly. Personally, the scent was almost unscented. In fact, there was hardly any scent at all...haha, so I was a bit disappointed about that. And the thing I was most worried about, my skin being very sensitive to skincare products, was that I was afraid something might break out on my face the next day. Luckily, nothing came up and my face didn't react at all. In the morning, my face wasn't oily and it wasn't dry or tight either. However, a few hours after applying it in the morning, my face started to feel a bit itchy and bumpy in some areas, like mosquito bites. But after using it for 3-4 days, in the evenings when I applied it, nothing broke out on my skin, so I was satisfied. And even when I used a drying foundation over the oil, it didn't make my skin feel tight or flaky. The best part was the lightweight, absorbent texture that was still able to provide good moisture!
ConsOn the first day, two drops were enough for good hydration, but the more I used it, the more I needed an extra layer around my lips to prevent tightness. I used a hyaluronic acid toner, a centella ampoule, and then the Atopalm face cream before applying the baobab oil, but my lip and chin area still felt a bit tight with just one layer. And after around noon, I started to see some oiliness coming through on the sides of my nose. Those with oily skin might not like that! On the cheekbones and forehead, it felt more like a subtle glow rather than oiliness, but for those who don't like any oil coming through, this might not be the best option.
TipAfter applying it to my face, I would massage the remaining oil on my palms into the backs of my hands and nails. I also used the leftover oil on the ends of my hair in the mornings, and it helped reduce the flyaways.
