The most concerning part from a hygiene standpoint is having to continuously apply with a brush on top of makeup. It's also difficult to apply without getting it on the eyelashes, and as it dries, there's a tugging sensation, and even with mascara, there's a bit of drooping if it gets on the lashes.

The best part! The eye makeup really doesn't smudge. Although it's a functional cosmetic, the product is truly made to be faithful to that function. You can just apply it over your eye makeup.
Cons
The strong ingredients that don't allow the eye makeup to be removed may actually be harmful to the body, to be honest. I faithfully played the role of a cushion. I tried it out when I went to the water park, and after drawing my eyebrows with Sulwhasoo and applying the cushion, it looked fine. That alone was satisfactory.
Cons
If you apply it generously, the makeup will end up wiping off instead. If you scoop out the product from the side of the container, it won't close properly later when you try to open the lid. It stings a lot when applied around the eyes. You should only apply a small amount, as it dries quickly and doesn't sting as much. When I used it at the water park, the eyeliner smudged a lot. I purchased this product after watching YouTube reviews, and the under-eye smudging was really, really severe. So I bought this around summer, and after applying it, my eyebrows and eye makeup stay neat and last for a long time, which I really like.

There's not really any downside, but recently, the liquid has been getting stuck and hardened around the lid-opening part, so the lid no longer opens.
