It definitely stays put better and lasts longer when applied. When you put it over eyeliner, it prevents smudging and keeps your look fresh for hours. I tried applying it over some shimmer eyeshadow on my aegyo sal (under-eye area), but since it's a liquid formula, it actually ended up removing some of the shadow instead...

The watery texture makes it easy to apply without any difficulty. I wore it for 12 hours, even slept with it on, and was pleased to see almost no smudging! It's not overly bothersome, but when I move the muscles around my eyes after application, I can feel a coating-like sensation. If you apply it right after drawing your eyeliner, it can smudge the line. Using it immediately after applying eyeliner can cause the line to smudge. For best results, wait at least 3 minutes after drawing your line, then carefully control the amount and apply a thin layer for long-lasting wear. Be sure to keep the paper insert in the brush tip. I bought it about a day and a half ago and I'm still using it! I don't do makeup every day, but it can be used for a long time! The fixing power is also good. My eyes are extremely prone to smudging, but if I apply this eyeliner and let it dry, it's great! The formula is like water haha The eyeliner also doesn't smear. 1st photo: formula 2nd, 3rd photos: how it looks when applied 4th photo: after completely drying and rubbing, here it is! Please refer to it. 5th and 6th are before and after photos! When rubbed, you can see that the shadow underneath is a bit faded. I bought this after seeing it used at a makeup shop. I have double eyelids, but they tend to fold inwards, and due to my eye smile, the outer corner always smudged dark. On the day I used this, my eyeliner, outer corner, aegyo sal, and eyebrows all stayed almost exactly as I first applied them. I've tried other brands, but they stung my eyes terribly. With this product, there's hardly any stinging sensation. It really enhances staying power. The areas where I apply it last much longer. Great effectiveness! Be careful with the amount you use. If you apply too much, it can actually erase your eyeliner. You need to control the quantity well.
