There's a reason I keep repurchasing it. The texture is a classic yogurt-like consistency. It feels rich but absorbs well, leaving no sticky residue. At night, I slather it on generously. During the day, I've tried applying it before makeup and it doesn't cause pilling, so I use just a small amount in the morning. It's incredibly gentle on the skin.
ConsOccasionally, if I don't apply it correctly, it can feel a bit oily and sit on top of the skin. This happens sometimes, and I'm not sure if it's my application technique or just how the product behaves.
TipFor evening skincare, especially when my skin is acting up, I skip toner and serum completely. Instead, I apply a moderate layer of La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5, then top it with this cream. Repeating this for 1-3 days works wonders for repairing the skin barrier! Lately, this method has been my go-to for skin regeneration. It might seem odd to suddenly stop using toner or serum, but your skin will thank you. It's a great combination that really works.

After checking the ingredients, I can say they're quite impressive too.
ConsIt feels quite rich, which might make it sit on top of the skin rather than fully absorbing at times. Those who dislike this sensation might be hesitant to use it.
TipI think it would work best if you apply small amounts, let it absorb, and adjust the quantity based on how your skin feels.

First off, I'm in my late 20s with extremely oily skin. Because of this, products with ingredients that don't suit me often cause blemishes, and my sensitive skin can develop allergic reactions around my jawline and temples. To be honest, when I first received this product, I was worried because it felt richer than what I usually use. I kept postponing trying it due to important appointments coming up. However, after being exposed to cold winds one day, my forehead and neck area became red and itchy. I decided to apply this product partially, and surprisingly, it calmed my skin incredibly fast! I've also been using it as a body product on particularly dry areas, and it's been amazing!
ConsTruthfully, the absorption wasn't quite to my liking! Some people might appreciate the lingering oiliness, but it was a bit challenging for me. If you apply it to your heels, you'll need to collapse into bed right away! Also, it's quite pricey for the amount you get...

The moisturizing effect is long-lasting, yet the texture isn't too thick - it feels just like a light emulsion!
ConsThe scent is quite unpleasant - it's somewhat like clay, and it's strong and lingers. It feels too oily for oily skin types - it's like there's a layer of oil on top, similar to sunscreen. After use, I developed small bumps - not blemishes, but slight textural irregularities that made me too scared to continue using it. This might be satisfying for those with dry skin.
TipAs someone with oily skin, I found it didn't suit my face, so I've been using it as a body emulsion instead!

It's a must-have for me during winter.
ConsDue to its moisturizing power and longevity, it can feel a bit heavy on the skin. It also tends to attract dust, which can be a bit inconvenient.
TipMixing it with Atopalm cream seems to really help combat dryness. It also works well as a substitute for eye cream or neck cream when used in small amounts.

Cons- If you fail to control the amount and apply too much, it doesn't absorb well and leaves your skin looking shiny... - The price is a bit on the steep side, I have to say! - It's not an ultra-lightweight, non-clogging type, which is a bit disappointing!
Tip- Skin type: Acne + dark spots + small bumps + combination dehydrated skin - Please apply very small amounts at a time! That seems to work best

If you have oily skin, acne, or atopic dermatitis, do not buy this product under any circumstances!
ConsAn Instagram influencer kept raving about this 'miracle cream,' so I bought it. Within a week, my skin completely flipped out. My oil-moisture balance was wrecked, I got tiny bumps and pustules, and the oiliness was out of control. You know that feeling when you apply something and it feels like it's creating a film on your skin but not actually absorbing? It was like that. My skin felt itchy, and I just wanted to wash my face immediately. I applied less than a pea-sized amount to my cheeks, which are the driest part of my face, and still ended up with bumpy acne and excessive oiliness. Thinking it might work for my younger brother who has dry, atopic skin, I suggested he try it. He complained it was stinging like crazy. Looking at the ingredients, I was shocked to find alcohol. Good grief! I think I'm more sensitive to alcohol than shea butter. The same goes for Sulwhasoo products. Anyway, I've learned my lesson once again: Don't be fooled by bloggers or Instagram influencers! Don't be a sucker! Ugh, my poor skin.
