I used it often since I was at the dermatologist's office. The advantage is that it forms a moisturizing protective layer. It's really moisturizing. Those with very dry skin would likely benefit greatly from it.
Cons
As I have oily skin, I found it to feel stuffy. The greasiness is no joke. I would recommend staying away from this if you have oily skin, especially if you also have acne like me. Let's look for a different item. I apply it all over my body as my body is quite dry. It makes my skin feel very soft and nice!! But I think those with very dry or dehydrated facial skin are the ones who should use this.

My child doesn't have atopic dermatitis, but their dry skin often has minor troubles, so I've been searching for rich products. I've tried many famous ones like Physiogel and Eucerin, but couldn't stick with them. Now I've found the one! It's soft, gentle, and moisturizing.

I bought this to try on my face since I have atopic dermatitis and dry skin... The scent is okay, but after applying it, the stickiness and stuffy feeling... I think I should use it on my elbows or heels instead....

Pros
I had atopic dermatitis until my early 20s, so I had to be very careful with my skincare routine. Especially in the winter, my skin would get dry and flaky. But ever since I started using Exomega 2-3 years ago, I've noticed that my skin has become much more moisturized. The thick texture may be off-putting at first, but I don't have to worry about preservatives, and nothing else has been able to keep my dry skin as hydrated as this product. I even just use this one product alone in the middle of winter.
