Pros
My son has atopic dermatitis, so we've been using this product and it's been great. The whole family is using it and we're generally all very satisfied as we have dry skin. The itchiness from dryness has significantly decreased, and the product seems to have good moisturizing power that lasts a long time.
Cons

Pros
I had seborrheic dermatitis, but it suddenly changed to atopic dermatitis, and I started using this product. It really improved a lot! The itchiness is gone, and the bumps have all subsided. I've been using it for over a year and it's been great.

I had suffered a lot from atopic dermatitis. The texture is incredibly dense, but the spreadability is good. At first, it may seem like it sits on the surface, but it quickly absorbs and has great moisturizing properties. Our baby didn't use this on their face. It was too matte and heavy, so we only applied it to the neck area and areas prone to creasing. I was aware of the not-so-great ingredients, but I was told that as long as it doesn't contain surfactants, a certain amount of preservatives is acceptable. Still, I felt uneasy about it, so I tried the Gileata, and... there's nothing that compares to its moisturizing power. With the evening primrose oil, the itchiness is also significantly relieved.
