ConsIt's good in every way except for the price. The price is a real bummer.

It's great that you can apply it in a thin layer!
ConsObviously, I wouldn't recommend this for days when you want more coverage or for those looking for high coverage. Also, hair tends to stick to it a bit...
TipApply it as thinly as possible, then set it with a translucent powder that has some shimmer. This will enhance the glow and reduce hair sticking to your face.

Ingredients ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The ingredients are relatively good. 2. Application ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The application is top-notch among foundations! It goes on smoothly and thinly, like an emulsion. It's the thinnest foundation I've ever applied. You could say it's a very fluid and hydrating type. While it doesn't offer much coverage, it gives you that 'peeled egg' skin look! 3. Hydration ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's as hydrating as it is easy to apply. But it's not overly shiny or greasy. The texture feels like a lightweight hydrating emulsion - moisturizing yet light and non-suffocating.
Cons1. The color is too dark and turns ashy. I usually use Espoir foundation in ivory and typically go for shade 21, but this product was darker than my skin tone. It felt more like shade 23. My face ended up looking yellowish and ashy. Next time, I'll try a lighter shade instead of Warm Ivory. 2. Poor staying power. Being a hydrating product, it seems to fade quickly. Also, with frequent mask-wearing these days, it tends to transfer easily. 3. Extremely expensive. Over $80? Is this for real? It's pricey. Plus, the fluid texture means you might use it up quickly. 4. Strange scent. If you're not sensitive to fragrances, you can ignore this. Those who prefer fragrance-free products might actually like it. However, there's an odd medicinal smell... Though it fades after application.
TipI tried a sample and was pleasantly surprised by the good ingredients and hydrating formula. Don't expect high coverage - it's perfect for enhancing already good skin! If you want to achieve a beautiful complexion, this could be your go-to. If I ever start earning more and we no longer need to wear masks, I plan to try a lighter shade of this foundation!

After application, it gives a luminous glow that makes your skin look great. When applied thinly and patted with a puff, it makes my skin look genuinely good, which I'm very satisfied with. The shade is a natural tone, neither too light nor too dark. *It's slightly darker than the Korean shade 23. I currently use Chanel Ultra Le Teint in B20, Espoir Be Glow Honey/Be Silk Tan, and Estée Lauder Double Wear in Warm Vanilla. For YSL products, I typically use B30 - B40, and I prefer shades that are either half a tone lighter or match my natural complexion for a seamless look.
ConsThe orangey undertone is a bit disappointing. While the shade is a close match overall, the strong orange tint reduces its brightening effect.

Beautifully fades throughout the day. The perfect holy grail foundation for dry skin! Naturally covers uneven texture and blemishes!
ConsIt doesn't have super strong coverage like Double Wear, so I use concealer for dark circles and blemishes!

Even when I used highly recommended BB creams or foundations, they would get stuck in my pores, and because I have oily skin, they would often slide off or separate. I asked my friend who's really into cosmetics, and she strongly recommended this. Although it's expensive... after trying it once, I thought it was worth the investment. This is the first product that applies thinly without getting stuck in my pores or separating. Don't use thick products trying to cover up blemishes... from my experience, it actually makes your skin look worse!
ConsThe amount is a bit small... and it's expensive... But it's worth investing in!
TipMake sure to apply it thinly with a brush!! And use a concealer to lightly cover any blemishes!

Since it's the same tone as my skin, there's no risk of darkening. It works great with a flat brush! I use it with the Koosel No. 22 foundation brush, and it applies in a very thin layer that you can build up. Two layers seem just right - this gives decent coverage and a subtle glow. It doesn't clump in my pores, and it fades naturally throughout the day. The ingredients are good too, so I haven't experienced any blemishes while using it! As long as you cleanse thoroughly, you shouldn't have any skin issues.
ConsIt's a bit pricey, but you can get it much cheaper at duty-free shops! Personally, I believe you shouldn't skimp on foundation and should invest in a good product.
TipIf you apply it using the techniques from Gaeko's beauty class foundation episode, you can cover pores and achieve a flawless finish without brush marks!

I've noticed a significant decrease in oiliness and an increase in dryness. I was looking for a moisturizing foundation when a friend recommended this one. After trying it, I liked it so much that I decided to purchase it. I'd say it's about 60% hydration and 40% coverage. It's quite moisturizing while still providing decent coverage! I was worried about how well it would adhere to my skin, being a hydrating foundation, but it applies thinly and adheres beautifully. I think it would even work well in summer! Compared to Bobbi Brown, it's slightly less hydrating, but by no means dry. The color isn't extremely light, perhaps because it's a warm tone. I bought Warm Vanilla at duty-free as there weren't many shades left, and it gives a natural complexion for my 21 shade skin. I prefer slightly lighter shades, so next time I might try a cool-toned option. It seems to break down and settle into lines less than other foundations. This varies depending on my skin condition, but I find it holds up better when I've properly hydrated my skin with a good skincare routine.
ConsThe only downside is that popular shades tend to sell out quickly on shopping sites... oh well!
TipThe effectiveness of this product in terms of preventing dryness and makeup breakdown seems to depend a lot on how well you prep your skin. If you establish a solid skincare routine, I think you'll find this foundation performs even better, with less dryness and breakdown.

The base tends to be on the richer side, so I'm very conscious of darkening when applying foundation. Color: Warm Vanilla. My face is darker than my body, so I prefer a shade lighter than my actual skin tone. My skin absorbs color well, so I prefer 21-22 shades, but this color is more like 22-23. It applies thinly and blends well with my skin underneath, giving a very different feel from matte, thick foundations. If you want to apply a shade lighter, it might suit those with skin tones 25 and above. Application: ★★★★ True to its moisturizing nature, it applies well. It's not an oily moisturizing feel, but a hydrating one that feels like skincare. It blends as seamlessly as if mixed with skincare products. Applies well even with fingers, though there's a clay-like scent that lingers a bit. However, it's tool-dependent. The puff absorbs a lot of product, so I don't recommend it. Brushes aren't great either as it's not a formula for heavy application - a flat brush worked best, but applying with hands gave the best coverage. Coverage: ★★★☆ Being a moisturizing foundation that applies thinly, don't expect high coverage. It naturally evens out the overall skin tone. Longevity: ★★★★ My skin usually darkens easily, but when I checked later, it didn't feel like darkening but more like the product had faded, gradually revealing more of my natural skin tone. It wore off nicely. Even on areas with dead skin cells, it didn't flake much when applied. However, it did settle into fine lines (around eyes and nose). When reapplying other foundations over faded areas, it didn't feel heavy or uncomfortable and blended well without pilling. Personally, I prefer a semi-matte finish, so I'm currently mixing this product with a slightly brighter matte foundation.
ConsWhile it's tool-dependent, moisturizing, and applies thinly, which is great, those who prioritize coverage might find the coverage and longevity a bit lacking.

And it's wonderfully moisturizing. It's perfect for that 'no-makeup makeup' look. I'm not a fan of thick layers, so this is ideal.
ConsThe downside is that because it's so sheer, the coverage is a bit lacking. If you're looking for full coverage, you'll need to use a separate concealer.
