The texture is quite unique - it's semi-transparent with a seemingly dry exterior, but when you touch it, it transforms into water droplets. It's definitely not a hydrating moisturizer. The texture is fascinating - it's like they've applied a thin protective layer to the moisturizer so it doesn't clash with water... And the price is quite affordable too It doesn't seem to be a true moisturizer... I don't feel like it's replenishing hydration
