It absorbs well and has great application, making it perfect for daily use. I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't have as much of a soothing effect as I expected. - rk**********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2021
I barely touched it until right before summer, but now it's become a staple in my skincare routine. It's truly perfect for those with oily skin, as it's formulated without any rich feeling. This ampoule tackles both hydration and soothing at the same time. After application, it leaves your skin feeling fresh without any greasiness. The hydration doesn't last long enough to keep your skin moisturized until the next day. It might be too light for those with dry skin. If you have super sensitive skin, try the Green Control Serum from the same line instead. Unfortunately, it seems this product has been discontinued... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 16, 2021
Texture: The Derma Plan line ampoule comes with a dropper and has a fluid consistency, but it's less runny than Chino Verite! Being an ampoule, it has a bit more of a bouncy texture. Compared to Chino Verite, it's still generally a thin formula! What I liked: When my skin feels a bit sensitive, or I feel like I might be breaking out, or if I've got some small blemishes starting to appear, I mix this with my nighttime treatment and apply it. The next morning, I notice the troubled areas have calmed down. Room for improvement: The scent wasn't really my style. It's hard to describe in words, but it's sort of a natural... fragrance? - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 6, 2021
It's gentle on the skin. Compared to toners, it's much less drying, so it seems better suited for dry skin types. It runs out quickly. Using it every morning and night means I have to buy it often, which can be financially burdensome at times. - am**********Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedApr 30, 2021
First off, I absolutely loved the texture of this product. No matter how much I applied, it never pilled. It has a rich consistency but doesn't feel sticky at all. This was my first time trying The Saem, and I'm impressed with its effectiveness - two thumbs up! It seems gentle on the skin too. I noticed that small blemishes actually reduced in size. However, it didn't have much effect on areas with multiple breakouts. Unfortunately, due to the Spanish licorice extract and green tea extract, my face inevitably turned red. So it didn't suit my super sensitive skin. I also found it a bit drying. It's a shame because the quantity is generous, the texture is really nice, and the price is reasonable too. - je*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 1, 2021
Gentle enough for even super sensitive skin to use without issues. It feels lightweight on the skin. While there's nothing particularly disappointing, I can't say I've noticed any remarkable effects either. - ki*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 8, 2021
Incredibly gentle. It feels like it's purely hydrating the skin without any irritation. It pairs well with most skincare products, so you can use it freely. I usually apply three pumps, and it feels cool and moisturizing. It even helped slightly calm my redness (though not dramatically). Great for sensitive and angry skin - you can apply it without worry. The hydration doesn't last long. Even if you apply this generously and seal it with a cream, at first your skin feels clear, cool, and balanced in terms of oil and moisture. But after a while, as oil rises, your skin becomes dull again. So I find myself reapplying the ampoule and cream repeatedly whenever my skin feels dry. This leads to using it up too quickly. I bought the Dermatory Cica Pads, and I think the essence in those might give similar benefits, so I'm planning to switch. —— Update —— Layering this with the essence from the Dermatory Cica Pads worked quite well! While this product alone might not provide intense hydration, it's really good when you want to add extra moisture after applying other essences or serums. Also, it feels so refreshingly cool when you apply it. Love it! (For reference, I use three pumps) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 12, 2020
After using this product, I noticed a significant reduction in deep dryness! It also helped calm my blemishes. Especially lately, I've been getting small bumps due to wearing masks, but thanks to this product, my skin has improved a lot. The only disappointing thing is that there's nothing disappointing about it! It's truly such an excellent product! In summer, this and an emulsion are all you need for your skincare routine! - os******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 9, 2020
The ingredients are great and gentle, so it's comfortable to apply. It's a rich, concentrated ampoule that absorbs well into the skin! It's a shame the quantity is so small. Since I'm using it with my sibling, I think we'll go through it quickly... While you can't expect extraordinary hydration, I found it works well when applied with a cotton pad on dry areas after toner! - ba********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 8, 2020
I usually prefer watery ampoules, and this product is exactly that! It's like water but moisturizing without being sticky, so I think it would work well in any season. I also loved how gentle it is on the skin. It might be too lightweight for those with dry skin types. Other than that, I don't have any complaints!
