First of all, I like it because the ingredients are good, and it's better to wipe off than to absorb. It has a bit of viscosity, unlike water.

When you apply it generously on cotton pads and wipe, it's moisturizing and not irritating at all. When you feel like you have some built-up dead skin, gently wiping it off makes your skin super soft and smooth.

I'm not sure about the effectiveness, and it wasn't even moisturizing. In fact, when I applied it to my skin, it felt irritating.

I don't think there was anything particularly good about it...
