First of all, I like it because the ingredients are good, and it's better to wipe off than to absorb. It has a bit of viscosity, unlike water.

When you apply it generously on cotton pads and wipe, it's moisturizing and not irritating at all. When you feel like you have some built-up dead skin, gently wiping it off makes your skin super soft and smooth.
I tried the sample and then bought a big bottle from the official Wellage website at a great price, and I'm using it up really well. I recommend this to those with sensitive skin!

I use it soaked in cotton pads as a sheet mask. It's less irritating than just wiping it on.

It's called a dead skin toner, but I felt it wasn't that great at removing dead skin. The moisture level wasn't that great either. The oil comes back up quickly. It's like a counterfeit of Hera's Cell Essence.
I don't recommend it for oily or sensitive skin.
