You'll need to apply it about three times to feel the moisture. Of course, at home, once is usually enough. I like the milky, smooth application on the face.

💸This review was written after receiving the product through my bank account💸 🎈First, the product named 'Feel Toner' is indeed effective in exfoliating. However, you'll see the best results if you apply it using a cotton pad as a cleansing toner. 🎈The toner itself has a rather thin consistency, but that's okay! 🎈Additionally, it has a moisturizing effect, and the irritation from rubbing the skin with the cotton pad feels a bit less (this may vary individually, so please take it as a reference🙏🏻) 🎈Low irritation!!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻 Personally, I don't use exfoliating cosmetic products (toners, pads, etc.) often because I find them to be quite irritating, except for peeling products. But this product is 🔥low-irritation🔥 and yet has an exfoliating effect, which I'm very satisfied with! (I've finished one bottle and am now using a new one😘)

Pros
The Wellauge brand itself looks luxurious. It's often on sale at Olive Young and they give coupons. The slightly watery toner is similar to Hera's Cell Essence.
Cons
It's called a dead skin toner, but I felt it wasn't that great at removing dead skin. The moisture level wasn't that great either. The oil comes back up quickly. It's like a counterfeit of Hera's Cell Essence. I don't recommend it for oily or sensitive skin.
Tip
I use it soaked in cotton pads as a sheet mask. It's less irritating than just wiping it on.
