What bothered me initially was that despite its fluid formula, it felt quite thick when applied. Whether I used a brush or a puff, the application was thicker than the formula, making me worry that it might be too matte. However, that thickness actually helps it adhere beautifully as a base. The tone is definitely enlivened. So instead of the original purpose of a darker look, it suits the areas that need highlighter, like the nose bridge and forehead, much better. Despite the matte feel, it doesn't look powdery, and there are no visible creases under the eyes when applied. Spreading it all over the face makes it significantly brighter and radiant, with a distinct pink undertone. It brightens the complexion so well that even a small amount can transform the entire face. There are no complaints about the product's functionality, but there are minor complaints about the tube packaging. I'm trying to squeeze out a little at a time to use it, but it seems like there is a lot of empty space in the tube compared to the contents. When I squeeze it forcefully, the contents come out gushing, much more than I need. Since this is a product that is effective even in small amounts, on the days when a large amount comes out unexpectedly, it becomes quite troublesome. I wish the packaging had a more delicate control mechanism.

If you prefer a clear but slightly muted pink base for ivory skin, this concealer is perfect to mix with Dior foundation in shade 00. My base preference is very light with low saturation. You know how some brands' shade 21 can lean orange or gray? My natural skin is very light ivory with low saturation (neither red nor yellow, very neutral). I used to enjoy palettes from Summer Light to Winter Soft, but as my taste shifted to Spring-Fall Soft, I love adding a 'rosy' touch to my base. People who suit bright spring colors often have skin with a pink undertone that can almost look flushed. This concealer has an honest muted cool pink tone without much fluorescence. With Hanskin's signature thick texture, it pairs well with the Dior foundation, which can be tricky to apply as it sets quickly and thinly. Dior foundation covers even the tiniest whiteheads, but can look a bit stark. The thick Hanskin concealer helps balance this out. I highly recommend this for those wanting to change their personal color. Note that it may look reddish when used alone. (I also use it as a blush, and it's gorgeous.) I switched to this combo from a rosy Chanel concealer for autumn when my skin got drier. The texture isn't the best, but I hope it doesn't get discontinued before I find a replacement.

True to its name, it's a pink shade, but unlike most 'pink' bases these days that have a hint of white, gray, ivory, or orange, this one is pure, unadulterated pink. That alone deserves a perfect score. But it gets better - the ingredients are gentle too (I've heard that fewer than 5 potentially allergenic or cautionary ingredients is considered good, and this product only has 3 in total). It's fragrance-free and has amazing coverage. Absolutely 5 stars across the board! I was so thrilled after trying it that I ordered 4 more within 3 days. The photo shows 4 of them, and one is in a cushion compact. There are a couple of downsides, though. It's extremely matte, almost like a concealer. While the coverage is excellent, it can feel quite dry. However, as someone with combination dehydrated skin, I can handle very matte products. If it feels too dry, I just layer a moisturizing cushion on top or spritz some face mist. Using it in a cushion compact makes it slightly less matte than applying it straight from the tube. Another issue is that it's smaller than expected, so there's less product, and it's a bit pricey for its size (I think 5,000-7,000 won would be more reasonable). But the product is so good that I'd keep buying it for life if the price doesn't increase. In my 26 years of panda life... I use this every morning to escape my panda eyes. It swiftly transforms the dark under-eye area into a rosy hue. Apply this, then dab a small amount of concealer on top, and voila! Panda eyes begone! Nothing particularly bad to mention. Though it's a bit disheartening that even Hanskin comes with a hefty price tag... Fellow pandas, you must try this! The color is truly beautiful. Being pink, it's perfect for highlighting the butterfly zone. It gives a radiant look. The coverage is really excellent. It's disappointing that it transfers when wearing a mask. The adherence could be better. You need to carefully control the amount and apply thinly. I've been experimenting with different base makeup products since I was 20, but at 22, I finally found my holy grail - the Hanskin concealer! Unlike previous products that left me wondering if they made any difference, this concealer instantly brightens my complexion and gives my skin a beautiful, fair glow. I'm absolutely in love with it! It's so effective that I don't need to apply anything else. Fast forward to 2025, and I'm now 26. For the past four years, this has been my go-to for skin makeup. It provides excellent brightening, long-lasting coverage, and doesn't crease or break down. The adhesion is fantastic, which is exactly what I look for in a base product. Even when I try other products, I always come back to this one. The pink undertone really helps to create a radiant complexion. Occasionally, when my skin isn't in the best condition, it doesn't work as well (but that's probably true for all makeup products). I use a cotton swab dampened with toner to clean up areas where the product might settle, like around the eyebrows, sides of the nose, and under the eyes. A tiny amount provides satisfactory coverage. Applying too much can lead to creasing and caking in fine lines.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It's a solid, reliable product that has become an essential item I can't do without. Perfect for cool-toned skin, especially when going foundation-free. It's great for brightening the eye area. My skin is thin with visible blue veins, but this product keeps it hydrated without caking. The scent is also gentle. It seems Hanskin doesn't have any physical stores.
